With any retinol please put at least SPF 35+ oil free daily moisturizer even when your indoors and re apply every couple hours. Also check with doc if your breast feeding some can go to the milk especially high strength.

Be careful using retinol if your still breastfeeding. I've heard some doctors approve it and some not so you might want to check with yours to be safe ❤ also use a very good moisturizer if your using retinol it can dry your skin out.
