They are trying to scam me right now. I ordered a 12 size. Somehow my order got switched to 10.5. So I had to return. They want 20$ shipping return slip and 35$ shipping return fee. I have now return the shoes and received a PayPal invoice for 98$ return fee! SCAM

After watching shoe reviews for the past 15 years here are some constructive criticism that I feel can be beneficial for you after watching a few of your videos: Have you purchased your cars extended warranty? Nah jk lol. But for real, As a professional photographer, purchase some 20 x 28 soft lights with wired lights inside. aim them left, right, and one aiming towards the floor (they should have angle adjusters) With your video shooting style you typically are in person in front of the camera which is great. However as the viewer, the focus should also be more on the shoe. The ratio to person to shoe is like 80% to 20%. Grab another camera and get a 50mm lens that has just the right enough zoom to where you can do a “pov” angle on the shoe downwards, and then edit for your talks on the side etc. Your lighting is just a little too harsh on your face creating a really stark sharp contrast between you and the background. Hope these ideas can improve your content. Looking forward to more outside brand reviews!

I’d have to go back and check, but it was fairly quick. I think it depends on which authorized reseller it’s coming from
