It's very hard for me to be myself in front of others.. Now I don't know what is it just to be. When someone looks at me I'm panicking and create a personnality that would convince. This mecanism leaves me all alone. No one trusts me anymore because I keep lying compulsively when feeling anxious.

This fear is highly ingrained in my mind because if so much criticization on how i look how i talk... On each n everything.. I was an extrovert child who become introvert and now i use to be in an isolation and alone... Since 2016 i am only in my room... No where else.. May this help me.. And i am open to receive this reiki energy wholeheartedly❤
