Jonathan, as a parent it's hard to describe how wonderful your show has been and how much it has meant to my family. Seasons 1-4 or so especially were so new and exciting and had such a freshness and innocence about them that they really formed my kids' whole approach to the natural world and life. The music is perfect, you are a great narrator, the camera work is beautiful, and there are so many hidden gem episodes like the Mangrove one and the Greenland shark. I'm stunned this channel doesn't have 10 million subscribers. Keep the joy and wonder alive. Perhaps this is all too earnest, but God bless you, and thanks so much, ~Mike \ P.S. I may be in the minority but I like the cold water episodes even more than the tropical ones.
Thank you!! It blows my mind that we have been doing this so long and still haven't reached 1M subs. But getting there! I'm glad to hear that the show is having a positive effect on the next generation of explorers!
@@BlueWorldTV You don't have millions of subscribers, because you don't sensationalize and dumb down your videos. Which is a good thing... if one values integrity. And I think the subscribers you do have, value both integrity and your team's hard work.
I'm also looking forward to it. As a New Hampshire based diver, it's really cool to see water I've dived in, or plan to dive in this case (blue world did an ice dive on winnipesaukee, not Jonathan his camera man) I dive winni more than any other lake in NH
Dear Jonathan, Thank you very much for your Great Job. I'm 50+ years old with 500+ dives and I'm watching your underwater stories today with the same excitement, as I had when I watched J.Cousteau's films in my childhood ! Best Regards from (always cold : ) Russia!
Hey Jonathan, I just saw your video. This makes me think of last year when I went diving in merky water and it was around 50 degrees and I saw a Bat ray and I was 13 years old.
Excellent. Very good. Lake Champlain is a favorite place for me. I have fished several bass tournaments there. A very beautiful place. Interesting seeing those big smallmouth bass after the yellow perch. Thanks for sharing. Take care.
I will never not love blue world.. been watching for years and I can truly say it's made me who I am today, I found my calling AND I've learned SO much! You would be surprised how often these facts come up and shock people😍❤🌊
I love your channel so much. I've been watching you sence I was like 6 and now i'm 10. You've inspired me to be a scuba diver, it's my dream. :) Keep it up! Your biggest fan ;)
I have only just begun my diving adventures this last summer and have only done several fresh cold water dives. It is really cool to see you explore a lake too! It is amazing how adventurous fresh water dives can be too!
Wow, very impressive though I have to say, it was sad to see such an overwhelming amount of zebra mussels. Loved the lock up canal, I saw the one in Panama and that was incredible as well. Thanks for another amazing video....keep them coming helps with OUR lock up :)
Thanks for taking us on another wonderful adventure, Jonathan! I can't wait to see what you have in store for us. (I CAN wait because you always deliver top-tier content!) I was wondering how the pandemic has affected your travels, and your work?
It's been really hard. We had to cancel everything we had planned because we couldn't travel internationally. And we scheduled a bunch of things to shoot in Florida instead, but the weather was terrible and it was the worth year for storms in history, so our Florida shoots were postponed FIVE times and finally cancelled. 2020 has been a really terrible year.
Great video! I recently dud my first wreck dive in Lake Huron and it looked very similar in preservation and mussel coverage. Really cool to see! Many more wrecks to come!

It's funny that you would put that comment on a Lake Champlain episode because Jake ended up going to college at UVM in Burlington Vermont right up the street from this dive shop. He has graduated now! The kid grew up!

After 5 years, i'm happy to return to this channel/series and realize its still here!!!

Been to lake Champlain twice. Didn't even know you could go diving there! Thats awesome
These videos are nostalgic.
Seeing bass and a shipwreck, 2 things I never thought would be seen together.

Covid restriction gets us to discover inland US waters, nice to see there are things to dive there too 😎
The Great Lakes are full of well preserved wrecks. Maybe Jonathan could make a visit to Georgian Bay on Lake Huron.
Lots of wrecks in the twin states of Vermont and New Hampshire
