I swear I still really want to see Bebop more than any other hero in the game get ridiculously massive nerfs.... Hell i even have the list thought out to a T;
Punch ability) takeaway it's not back but give it movement speed and fire rate speed slow down on a minor level for both add a bit more damage but also know melee scaling with it as giving abilities melee or gun scaling is kind of broken on a serious level.
Bomb ability) remove the ability to double bomb people, remove the ability to self cast or apply on the allies OR make it do full damage whoever has the bomb making it so it can still do that affect but it then becomes Marty Dom and not instant free damage that gets around debuff remover, and instill a maximum amount of scaling you can get that makes it only really good at killing squishy Heroes and not tanks to the point that it could even two shot a 4K HP and improved Spirit armor Abrams wow that Abrams is on a heavy Spirit lifestyle build with a 3-second cool down after his siphon is done meaning infinite siphon nearly and near infinite lifesteal.
Hook ability) give this one a maximum range limit and limit the amount range it can get from ability range boosters.
Ult) just fucking replace his goddamn Hyper Beam with something else like a big bomb that has a very clear AOE and a slightly longer timer than his normal bombs with the timer lasting long enough that anyone who notices it even from the center could run out aside from the very slowest move speed characters but make it do such insane damage at least 2K HP without any Buffs although also against targets with no resistance is whatsoever making his old become something more in line with his actual abilities and also something that can work well with a team who can coordinate stunts to ensure people get caught up in the explosion and can make sure that enough damage is already probably been done to one shot everyone who's caught up in it

The bebop player would just start self-casting which is the main threat.
unfortunately with self bomb they had to buy etherial shift and 1) - save it just for his bombs 2) - press it when/before the bombs explode near them 3) - to do 2 they have to hear it near them and hear that its about to explode but with warp stone on bebop its hard to do 4) - do all of the above in a messy teamfight, so good luck with that xd
@@happe114agreed... literally the list of Nerfs I think Bebop needs is that first when it comes to his punch, it needs to lose its not back and application of any and all melee debuffs and only instead get a let's just say, 30% slow down and a 30% fire rate slow down Justice Pitbull and random numbers that are on the lower end and still make it at least impactful for its purpose which is making it so enemies have a hard time at least running away from you rather than giving you the ultimate in keep away abilities that paired with bebops insane speed make some so damn hard to pin down especially with all his Spirit lifesteal as well within his bombs need to not only have a maximum amount of damage boosting and lose at least two if not three stacks on death in showing that it's not something that can get so strong it can freaking two shot even a goddamn 4K HP Abrams with improved Spirit armor Abrams and I can say for a stop playing a siphon bullets and improved Spirit armor Abrams and his bombs can very much so 2 shot you still and he needs to lose the ability to cast them on himself and on allies or if he does they need to do as much damage to the Ally as a punishment meaning he can martyrdom himself or an ally but it's martyrdom, not nuking everything without anyone having the ability to really fight it properly unless you're in the top 1% with his hook then needs a very limited range with a maximum amount of range it can get to even with maxing out ability range and his ultimate just needs to be deleted and workshops for something new like maybe a super big bomb that he checks out that does burst damage but also can far more easily be avoided in terms of it doing all its damage unless he's actually working with his team to get stunts off on enemies so they can't run from it
@@R_o_o_k_i_n_g_t_o_n didnt read all of that, no, heroes don't need nerfs, thats when they stop being fun, hope icefrog will keep "if everything is owerpowered - nothing is overpowered" mentality with this game as in dota as well

PSA: Ethereal shift counters the problem of Bebop putting the bombs on himself. 100x better than debuff remover vs. bebop.
Question: If you're standing right next to an enemy, do you do the same amount of dmg with your bombs if you stick them to yourself or is it less than if you were stick the enemy with the bomb?

Is that a bug that is sounds like two bombs are being placed at the beginning? Or what's happening early game?
If you’re talking about the first clip, it is an item called echo shard which allows you to reset the bombs cooldown instantly
@@smithpmusic I know that but in the laning phase in early game sounded like two bombs. Maybe it's an audio bug.

He's actually using a macro to exploit and double stack the bomb, this is why he had that crazy damage later, freaking cheaters man.. I hope valve patches this soon

u get +2.5% damage for each hero hit by the bomb
if u press middle button u can cast ability on yourself. also there is expensive items called shards something that allows you to use 1 ability twice. also dmg stacks from spirit
