Thank you so very much for all the very good and useable and also most helpful advice you are sharing! 💯👍❣ Very fine videos! As being a first-timer to use a action camera I so much appreciated your comments and advice! Wishing you all the best and stay blessed! Greetings from Sweden!
there are a lot of videos and guys saying that ND filters do not work on the action 2 due to the stabilization since it would rely on a high shutter speed. What do you guys think? And what about the free DJI case. Will the ND filters fit under the case?
Wonderful video, very helpful, thank you very much 🤙 ! I fly fpv and I’m working on filming at low light conditions. The footage in your video at 00:27 is phantastic 🤩👏. Could you please share the settings for this recording during low light ? This would be great 🤜🤛 P.S. Freewell ND- and CPL-filters are ordered 😉
@@FreewellGear well I just bought mines last week with a 128gb version and I don’t regret it it’s amazing but thank you anyway I guess I don’t really need the filters
The filters will stay on during a normal flight but if you crash they will go a flying. I put a piece of electrical tape on the top and catch a small piece of the filter and this keeps them on.
I can ultimately share your frustration. DJI hasn't left any choice for 3rd party sellers to build a solid magnetic strength ND filter allowing only two specific points to attach those ND, which means they can fall easily irrespective of strength.
for me, you talk too fast. we are different countries and languages, and i am having trouble understanding what you are talking about, how to get rid of jello effect of dji action 2 ? please answer, thank you.
When it comes to designing filters for action cameras, the strength of the magnet is determined by the camera manufacturer, not the filter manufacturer. This is not an attempt to shift blame, but rather to highlight that if the camera manufacturer specifies where the magnet should be attached, the filter manufacturer has no control over this. Even if the magnet could be made stronger, it would still drop if something hits the filter. For instance, with the Action 2 camera, the manufacturer released an additional case to address heat issues, which further weakened the magnet. This appears to have been an experiment with action cameras, which is why they reverted to the traditional threaded system with the Action 4. The threaded system is the only one that can provide a sense of security when using filters with action cameras.
Thank you man, I ordered my Freewell ND Filters immediately after watching this. Thanks for the tips

Thanks for sharing
is the nd filter compatable with the camera when the dji case is on?
no, use the ulanzi cage
Excellent info
Glad it was helpful!
Action or osmo 3 for cinematic stuff?
I was trying to buy the filter for this camara but no more why ?
Filter for this camera is no longer available as this camera is no longer made even DJI regret making it with all the heating issues.

Yeah, I made the same experience with Telesin ND-filters. In case of a harder landing with my fpv quad I lose them every time.
Tnx man
You didn't talk much about different stabilisation modes.
Jello effect only comes for me in Horizontal balancing (45°) mode.
had same jello issues in every mode. turned out it was due to vibrations of the camera mount and props
Привет! После использованиях в течении 6 месяцев, картинка стала размытой, как будто не работает фокус. Не подскажешь в чем проблема?
Do ND filters not break RockSteady?
Nice
Thanks

Camera has heating issue on 4K can’t record more than 5 min with 4k
That sounds like something the camera manufacturer might help with. In the meantime, our filters are here to keep your shots looking cool, literally!

Jello effect is due to a poor mount
the jello effect destroy the footage .
Grab a dictionary and look up the meaning of regular 🤦🏼♂️
