In terms of effects, you've improved a lot and it really is noticable.
But I think you lack an understanding of flow.
Rn, you're "in a state" where you understand how to edit, but need some criticism to improve your flow of editing. Hope you understand what I mean by that. Also, hope you'll understand the tips in the points I'm going to mention.
I'll do my best to make my criticism as detailed as possible so that you can see what you're missing, in other words I'm gonna point out things that can be better so that you could understand editing better (at least I hope you will). Also, everything that ISN'T mentioned is considered good. That should be a logical guess since I'm pointing out things to improve, but I'm mentioning it just in case.
So, here are thing that are eye catching to me:
- 0:00 until 0:23, there is no dialogs what so ever. Instead of leaving that space empty, there could've been some dialog that will introduce your audience to the point of your video (a Dubstep in this case). Since this is a Dubstep of their whole fight, there could've been some dialog of Goku complimenting Jiren's power or maybe when Goku establishes his wish to fight Jiren or maybe (depending on the flow of the song) if you don't plan on using breaks between main parts of the song, then you can use dialog that happened after the scene the video is showing (For an example, in your case you could've used some of the dialog that was mentioned in the beginning of their 2nd fight despite the fact that that happened after this particular scene)
- 0:23 until 0:50, a lot of cuts in both visuals and audio. Since there is no introduction before this, then this serves as an introduction and having audio cuts of Goku screaming doesn't really fit the role of an introduction and it makes the video look more like an AMV (which isn't bad, but I don't know if that was the goal). As for the visuals, at 0:32 the cut was way too rushed. It would've been better to add a flash on the beat and let us see Goku backing up rather than cutting that part and only showing us Goku after he backed up. 0:37 same thing, it would've been better if you've shown us Goku finish with his punches before he turns into SSB (If you wanted to rush it to make the next scenes match the song, then you could've cut the song at one point and extend it so that you can fit everything). 0:49 same thing. Also, if there was any dialog talking about their fight or Goku or Jiren in general, that dialog could've been added on top of the main one to make this part better.
- 0:50 until 1:04, this is good, but could've been better. At 0:50, if you've shown us someone saying something along the lines of "No Way!", or "Jiren's too strong", before you've shown us Gohan calming down the situation by saying "Just wait, there is one move left", you could've created a much bigger tension for the upcoming drop since that's when we expect the events to make a turn. At 0:56, although parts of that dialog do fit, its start isn't the best with Goku saying "But I do (...)". If there was dialog of Goku saying something like "Wow, you're really tough Jiren, but ..." and then add this line, it could've sound better.
-1:04 until 1:16, Goku's 1st line was a great fit, but Jiren's line wasn't necessary, in fact, it would've been better to put either Krillin or Gohan or Piccolo saying how they're giving their energy instead of Jiren saying "I hope you do your worst", and after Gohan's or Krillin's or whoever's dialog, you could've cut Goku's line after that to have him say "Once you're out Jiren, I hope you don't regret giving me time to finish this" instead of what he originally says. That way you'd represent Jiren as a silent and cocky fella, Goku's attack as really dangerous by having Z fighters joyfully commenting and Goku's confidiance in his attack.
-1:17 the beat doesn't match the build up since the build up was for the Spirit Bomb and not for UI hence it makes it look more like a Dubstep AMV (Which again is good if that was the goal)
-0:50 until 1:25, a massive switch happenes between the scenes. From Goku building up the Spirit Bomb and him counting on that attack to A17 comparing Goku's power while in UI to Jiren's.
-1:43, massive scene change
-1:43 until 2:07, the dialog match up is good, but the end with Vegeta's speach could've been better. For example, having Vegeta finish his speach and removing the Clown's line completely would serve as a much better build up.
-2:08 until 2:12, here I actually "blame" the song. This beat isn't good imo and there was no way for you to change this unless you edit the song itself.
-2:07 until 2:32, the visuals are all good. The flow is inconsistent in some places because of rushed cutes, but other than that I like both the audio and visuals.
-2:31 until 2:33, that looks good, but it could've been more impactful if those quick scenes were already shown and Vegeta's line would be more impactful if his speach was finished earlier.
-2:55, a fade between clips would look better than a cut. As well as for 2:59
-You should add an outro 😜
