It didnt come out as soft as shown in the pic in this recipe. it came out like the normal crispy n porous kind, though the taste was good. Could you tell me how can I make it softer n smoother?
Sugar Syrup should be in one string consistency. Sugar syrup should not be too thick. Flame should be on medium and once the mixture starts leaving the pan take it out into seperate plate..
The best part is making the sugar syrup.. biggest challenge in making Mysore pak is the right consistency of the sugar syrup. But what you made here is superb.! Best wishes 😊

Personally I don't like to use too much oil n ghee. I used less oil n ghee. Generally mysore pak needs more oil n ghee.... :-)
