Im newish to wvw stuff. Would celestial gear be good for this build or is it not recommended. I like the hybrid of damage and heals with the rifle.

no, cele is more for 1v1. in a cloud fight, glass cannons are better.

probably drop the rifle and add more defensives like sword/shield, invul utility instead of swords aoe, marauder stats etc
