You didn’t talk over him, you had a great conversation. Bastinelli is the greatest combat knife maker based on my thorough research and my preference, and Manasherov is second, though he doesn’t approach the greatness of Bastinelli.
Be yourself when you're hosting alone. Be polite when interviewing. Don't interrupt. Just let them talk. You can then upload an edited version and the long version and find out which one your audience likes the most. I'd be willing to bet it will be the long version.
