What an embarrassingly unprofessional person. How is she leading a team of anything. She should be a greeter at Walmart. "can I check your receipt?"
She sure is not as cocky and down right ignorant as she was in her last interview. When she said "What do we have to do for you guys to start to believe in us? We don't really care what you think except for right now when we get to say, now you gotta talk about us," Reeve said. "Now you gotta say we just beat a super team." Reeve's statement pretty much sealed her fate, in my mind. She is not Pat Summitt or Lisa Blaunder that for sure. First you don't tell people who watch and support the WNBA "We don't care what they think". You should know they are the ones who can make or brake your team. You can have a winning team but with out the support for WNBA fans who like and respect you, you have alot of empty seats. Second you don't have any right to tell people they have to talk about your team now. All you are going to do is piss people off and make them not like nor watch your games. I learned at a very young age, If you wanted to be respected, you have to show respect. You may want to brush up on being humble, showing grace, and your sportmenship. There is a diffence between being a good winner and sore winner.
It's a completely different tune today. Yesterday, Coach Reeve was beating her chest and telling the league to kneel to her, as if she were Xerxes. Today, it's a much humbler tone. Where is the superstar bravado today? If ya'll spent as much time building up other women(Rookies) in the league as you do tearing them down....Yikes!
Facts... She was disrespectful too the other day, she thought her team won a championship.
But GOD works in mysterious ways... Always be humble 🙏

They didn't play well. What do you want her to say? They played a game on tuesday night, had to get up fly TX and be ready to play within 24 hours. At least she didn't make excuses and blame on the turn around tine and the celebrating the cup. She praised them for playing very well the other night but also let them know they weren't on their game tonight.
Except she didn’t do that at all. She said ‘you have to talk about us now’ meaning no press ever mentioned the team even though they had the 3rd best record. She was completely correct. Complete BS that she asked anyone to kneel. Weird that you make up the kneeling part. Jealous much?
