    Love how you have the bag packed 🥰 But girl forget them!! File a claim through your bank and you’re more likely to get your money back. You have the evidence so it’s not like you’re trying to have something for free. I’ve had to do it countless times and I’ve always gotten my money back!!

    At $200, it cost too much to settle for a defective product. Do send it back for an exchange, as my cousin did. Cute Hello Kitty accessories!

    I love hello kitty too the bag is cute but for $200 there should be absolutely nothing wrong with the bag telfar should be ashamed he wants people to support a black owned business but yet has products that are not worth the price at all

    They come foggy. you have to clean it out but as far as the rips you need to take pics and send them to Telfar. that's what i did when a bag came damaged and they told me to send it back and they sent me a new one.

    Ummm… that needs to go back to them, even for a store credit. It’s unfortunate that they would sell you a budget knock-off quality bag at authentic prices 😞

    I instructed a cousin of mine to NOT fret to e-mail Telfar & complain about the defects on her also-medium clear tote. They immediately sent her a return label. Do e-mail them & tell them about how your tote’s defective. I’ll be waiting to hear about the replacement purse from my cousin as well as yourself.

    I just got my 1st two Telfar bags in the mail today & I waited so long to get them because I’ve heard the quality of the bags are cheap. I think you should leave them a bad review and also file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. The BBB will take action on the consumer’s behalf & sometimes that will result in a refund.

    My small came like that too and I emailed customer service and they asked if I wanted a refund or an exchange, the replacement comes in on Monday so we’ll see but yea I was not happy with the quality of the jellies
