I just got mine today, same as in Video, It works fine after its first full charge, has 3 speeds, and yet when I shut down fully with LED off, the fan gos into super slow speed, and will not fully shut down. Only way I have to shut down is to jam the blades to stop from moving, otherwise it just go's and go's.
Just a little peeved, would have liked to be able to turn it off.
Where can I buy replacement fan blades for my neck fan?

1) It works if you use brush without water no problem in that case...
2) you can use normal oil also like hair oil or the oil which is available at gereral stores for the mechanism purpose...
after repairing second fan was not working after few days I clean it from outside but it doesn't work so I open it with knife now it works after cleaning

@@cartoonforkids8870 Broo I think Think the rechargeable battery used in your fan was damaged or not charging...
so..If you have a power bank which is not of your use you have to open that power bank...and inside of that yout get the rechargeable cells 2000 mah which is used in the fan....or simply you can purchase it ...but 1st you have to confirm what happened to the fan actually...

Then I think we can not do it at home you have to visit a technician ( Mobile Repairing shop because it requires small tools that are available on mobile repairing shop)

Is there a trick for getting the fan blades off? I've been pulling on mine all day and it won't move. Don't want to break it but my hair got all tangled in it today and I need to clean it out.

@@pinkcarrera123 if you are talking about the one side blade which is not working ...that is the error due to the dust and that is why i made the video..for repairing that fan...

You can use coconut oil also..it works..but don't use too much oil because it attracts the dust..

Mam, you have to check it by opening the body of the fan.... also you have to check the battery because if the battery is not working the power button doesn't perform any action...
do you have any idea about the battery whether it is working or not..
