I test 2024 bows and pick which I'll be hunting with this year! These are all great bows. Mathews lift 29.5, 33, and PSE Mach 30. Hopefully next year I can add more to the test.
@@jameswright7488 there’s a lot of things I like but I’d say the weight/length. I haven’t shot a short ATA bow in a long time so I’m looking forward to that and hopefully not a freezing cold grip.
Good choice! And your limbs wont crack!
@@TheNewBowunter I agree. Thankfully I didn’t have that problem.
What are your stab lengths and weights?
@@charlieadkins1812 for the front bars I use 12 inch with 1 oz of weight. For the side bars I use 8 inch bars with 3 oz of weight.
Mathews are some of the easiest bows to tune.
I have a 29.5 in draw . But hoping to stay around 450 grains.
@@jameswright7488 that’s a good weight in my opinion! If I had a longer draw length I’d like to be around that weight.
I have a 29.5" draw and am shooting the lift 33 with a 440 grain arrow and I'm getting 292 fps.
That’s crazy good speed. I went to the pse, Mathew’s guy for 25 years. Any limb issues ?
@@jameswright7488 I haven’t had a single issue. I bought my bow right when it launched, and the limb issues were from a batch of bows pretty recently.
@@jameswright7488 thankfully no limb issues. I’m pretty happy with the speeds.
Favorite part of the Mach 30? I just ordered one 3 weeks ago.

Good review
From what I have researched some are getting 290 or so outta a 450 , that’s 70#
What let off is your set to ?
@@Matto_Harvo Thank You!
@@jameswright7488 I think that should be possible. I have it set at 85%.
