To keep it 💯 the majority of hard core gangsta's from Chicago, Detroit, New York & Cali have a high reputation of snitching to get a lesser sentence after they get caught. Very few keep silent. But in Mad Max case, I agree with Fay Fay in his interview about Mad Max situation. It makes more sense to me. Suffering from the pain of his bullet wounds, they had him on heavy morphine drugs and at the same time the police was asking him questions about him being shot. So being high on the morphine ain't no telling what he told the cops. So to me this situation with him not being in his right mind don't even count as being a rat or a snitch. But confessing to the cops who shot him without being on the influence of morphine, then I would agree with the rest. Plus that still doesn't take away the stuff he actually did in the street's regardless if you want to label him a rat or not. The proof is the street work that he was involved in. At the end of the day all these cats who you think are so hard core & gangsta always tell & snitch on there peeps for a lighter sentence.
