Thank You! I don't want to use Vaseline, so this is a great alternative! I live in Minnesota & it was -25 below this weekend but my Cochins seemed to do ok. One chicks comb is a bit white so I will apply this wax on all of them.

Hi. Thank you for your tips. We live in Alberta, it seems like our winters are similar. We can have cold snaps that are -30 or so. Can you explain to me the difference between having ventilation and not having a draft of cold air? This is said often in many videos. I just wonder what you do in the winter (are windows or vents open in your coop)? Even if it’s -30 or -40? Thanks
