I tried the Bally's Sterling Brunch which is a similar concept as this. I will have to make plans to try this. The Sterling Brunch took 3 months advanced notice to reserve a seat.
Wow, Shin fabulous review again and all of the food looked delicious and fresh. The price is warranted due to the high end selections including all you eat lobster tails. Thanks for a great video Shin. I thoroughly enjoyed watching.
This buffet is just phenomenal. I'm actually a little saddened that I won't be able to go back for another 3 months at least. I will make sure I return before the year's end though! Thanks for watching Kim!
Great video...everything on that plate #2 was well worth $99...between the beef wellington and lobster tails...the prime rib had me drooling 🤣...glad you had a great time...😘🤗💕
If I wasn't making a video Jade, I would have caused a large disruption with the number of lobster tails and wellingtons I would have eaten! I did have a great time trying as much as I did for TH-cam. Thanks for watching!
Thank you for sharing your review of this great buffet! Yes, I would like to try this Sunday Brunch one day. Everything looked really wonderful, fresh, and appetizing. Your review was very detailed and informative. Keep up your good work and thanks again!
It looks absolutely amazing. Thanks for the video. Love to eatch your expressions while eating. Get back there on your own so you can enjoy endless lobster tails, wellys, and prime rib
I appreciate you showing everything and trying a variety of foods. I personally would have lobster bisque, and lobster tails and no one could stop me for about 1 hour straight. LOL
I'm glad you enjoyed! Yes for TH-cam I try and make it as interesting as possible with a range of food but off camera, I would 100% be devouring lobsters and slices upon slices of the wellington lmao. Thanks for watching Tania!
Not a buffet lover but……..when they have premium items that is always a game changer. It was scaled back enough to make it a nice experience. Marginal service is always disappointing. As always your efforts are much appreciated.
It's so good! I will definitely be returning when I can. This was basically the first real Sunday post mother's day weekend when the hype was out and they were at capacity. I'd definitely cut them some slack for now but when I return after 3 or more months, I certainly hope they figure out the service by then. Thanks for watching!
Wow the presentation is really nice. Everything down to the serving bowls, the way the fruit is cut up and those fancy silver food containers . I just don’t like opening them. The food looks fantastic. Those shrimp are huge. I would like to try the beef Wellington and the lobster tails . The salmon , airline chicken and everything thing else looked great. I did not see one thing that did not look good. Nice video.
This buffet is easily at the top of my list in the "need to return ASAP" category. Off camera, I would absolutely destroy those lobster tails. I'd have a mountain of wellys on my plate, and I'd actually get a good number of the airline chicken as well. I can't wait to go back. Thanks for watching D!
Expensive but looks delicious. I would definitely pay the price the lobster tails and shrimp looked really good, it all looked good. Nice review. Thanks and take care.

To clarify, if you didn't check the description details, this is the Sunday only brunch at the Anthony's restaurant and not their closed Studio B buffet.
Hey Shin, thank you for sharing. In your opinion, granted it’s in a “fancy” place but $99 vs $65 at Palms for lobster buffet? Which do you prefer? Does the Wellington and Prime Rib make up for the difference in $. Keep up the great work.
I was thinking this over even while I was there. When I compare the two, the tails at Anthony's are far superior to the ones at the AYCE. More plump, better cooked, and better seasoned. The other proteins avaliable at the AYCE include the porchetta which is great, and brisket which is also usually very solid. But beef wellington is a rare sight. It's a tough call. You have to reserve into Anthony's three months in advance, whereas you can get to the AYCE lobster night with a few hours on a Wednesday. So Anthony's feels like it will be more of an experience. The dining area is also gorgeous. I personally think the extra $25 is worth it, but that's my personal opinion. Thanks for watching!
If lobster is your aim, AYCE definitely sits on the throne over the rest. Anthony's has better tasting tails in general, but the AYCE also has whole lobsters to go with those tails. They also have a spiced butter that is delicious. It's unmatched! Thanks for watching!
Hey Shin. I hope you're having a wonderful weekend. I did want to ask (not sure if I missed it) but how long do you have there, is it 1 1/2hrs as with most of the strip buffets like the Bacchanal? Thanks again for the review.
Hello Amika! I think you more or less get the full time the buffet is open. It's only open for 3 hours and I don't think I saw them seat the same table twice. My reservation was for noon and I got there close to 11:40am and they sat me anyways. I more or less stayed till closing and I didn't receive any word on needing to pack my things. Hope this helps! Thanks for watching!

I used to love the Sterling Brunch, but I'll tell you I think Anthony's is better. The lobster is probably seasoned and just tastes better than it was back at the Sterling brunch. I also really love the beef wellington that's available here. I have not seen that at a buffet and I really enjoyed it. I can't wait to go back in February for my next reservation. Thanks for watching!

I watched these on Sunday and had one compliant...that complaint is, this buffet should be on everyday, not just on Sundays. lolll. Otherwise, AMAZING video and commentary!!! THANK YOU!!!!
Why is it booked for the whole summer though? I was pretty sure Vegas executives told us Buffets are out of style and everyone wants to pay more and get less at Food Halls
If you want welly in Vegas, your best bet is a Gordon Ramsey restaurant. The prix fixe menu with appetizer and sticky toffee pudding has never let me down. But for a buffet it looks among the best I’ve seen!
Excellent review! The food looks fantastic! QUESTION? I know buffets are kind of tabu for people with food allergies but do they have a printed food list for gluten free items and what station they are located at? This would be so helpful if you had someone in your party that had celiac disease. Thank you for the video!
Yes, seeing as how the waitlist is now over 3 months long, I definitely feel lucky that I was one of the early ones to experience this buffet. It was really good. Thanks for watching Gail!
I know most people are balking at the $99 price point this M Resort brunch. I found my past transaction for the Sterling Brunch at Bally's in May 2019, it was $125 a person and the waitlist was still crowded for months.
@@VegaswithShin we travel to Vegas about every 2 months from Hawai’i. We always stay at M. Next time if we see you we say wassup! Thanks for the videos
Uhoh! Shin pulled the collared shirt out of the dirty clothes hamper, we're going high end! 🤣🤣🤣$99 seems like a steal! The 1st leg looked like $99 worth to me. That has got to be the best buffet I've seen in a while. Everything I like in one place. I think I'd skip the sweets and finish my meal with 3 or 4 more lobster tails lol.
LMAO Ed you're so silly. What makes you think I have something as sophisticated as a laundry hamper? And yes, this buffet is definitely it. I will be returning once I can make a reservation and off camera, I will be absolutely destroying lobster tails, prime rib, and wellys! Thanks for watching!
After Shin did the tour, I was 🤔, there gonna be a lot of 😊s! 😂🤣 Over/Under 100 smiles! 😂 Bet the Over, easy 💰! Ok Over/Under is now at 98, due to service!
LOL! Yeah, I first saw what they were offering over on my friends at Explore Vegas' channel and I was drooling for weeks. I think the service will improve, this was just the first real capacity weekend since the word got out. It's not going to stop me from returning. Hell, I'd bring my own water bottles to be honest so service be damned, because next time off camera I will be absolutely destroying the lobster tail and wellys lol. Thanks for watching Paul!
@@VegaswithShin Hey Shin, is there a dress code for this buffet because the regular hours says business casual! Thanks for the response & a lot of 😊s 👊🙌👏
@@pault3712 It was definitely resort casual. Usually there aren't too many dress codes in the morning/lunch hours as people make their way to or from the pool. But I don't think I saw anyone in swimwear so I'd stick to resort casual and you should be fine. Thanks!
If they new you were going to video tape this for a you tube video they probably would have let you in early to tape when everything was first brought out and looking very nice and fresh. looks good but sushi section looked picked over. I know it looks better. Presentation is everything.
That's true! But my reservation was not until noon and they opened at 11. I suppose I got to show off the real life experience for those who would visit. Thank you so much for watching!
I don't believe so. I know the old Sterling Brunch came with champagne but I don't think the M does. I didn't check specifically though so I'm not confident in my answer. My next reservation isn't until February so I won't be able to find out any time soon. Thanks for watching!
That would be incredible. The sad empty space where the buffet used to be is still just dusty and dark. A new locals buffet in Vegas would be seriously welcome. The lines at the Southpoint are out of control nowadays. I used to go to grab a quick $15 buffet lunch. Two fast plates and I was out of there in 40 minutes from the time I parked to go back to my day job. Now the line for the weekday lunch is 30-40 minutes on its own. I really hope the M brings back their buffet. Thanks for watching Brad!
You have the most current information, no one else has this, a great job as usual.......If you had Heineken bottle on table with label facing camera, Heineken would send you checks,,,,,,,just sayin
My friends at Explore Vegas were actually here for the opening day on May 7th! I unfortunately was out of town and the following weekend was Mother's Day so I didn't get to visit until the 20th. I do try and hit as many restaurant openings as I can though. And haha! A brand name sponsorship would be nice, but I'm totally content with how things are going. Thanks for watching Rush!
Yes! Many are calling this the spiritual successor to the Sterling Brunch. I can't say anything else comes close right now either. Thanks for watching!
$100 is a tough pill to swallow, especially if you're looking for a range of options from your buffet meal. Two hundred and forty selections available at Bacchanal and that number is impossible to compete with. Thanks for watching!
Everything looked spectacular. It is disappointing to hear of the lackluster service. Hopefully, that will change for the better quickly. I would just have to eat lobster until they brought me my drink!
This was their first real capacity weekend after the word got out so I cut them some slack. Honestly I was so enamored with the food that I wasn't really pressing it. I'm sure after 3 months when I get another opportunity to visit it will be fine. And when I do go back to eat off camera, I will return with a vengeance on those lobsters and beef wellys! Thanks for watching Robert!
It was labeled airline chicken and I learned from the comments that it's a preparation that includes the wing bone of the chicken on the cut of the breast. Very clever! Thanks for watching!
Oof yeah, I was speaking to the manager and he mentioned that they thought they would get at max 100 parties each week. After social media broke the story, they filled up within days for the rest of the summer. People do cancel their reservations all the time though so I'd check back constantly on OpenTable and the like. Good luck!
First of all, you did a great job with the video. Thank you very much. However, ever after being walked through, I am very disappointed at their selection. I'm a little underwhelmed at what I saw, it's not about the money that was basically any buffet with the exception of the Beef Wellington. Underwhelmed again with a desert selection. I have a reservation, and I don't think I will be attending this.
I think on occasion it might but I'd probably still take the trip to Bacchanal 4/5 times. I love all the premium dishes at Anthony's brunch, but I love variety at a buffet and you just can't beat the Bacchanal's selection. That said, 1/5 times if I'm in a luxurious mood, no other buffet will do. Lobster and beef wellys all morning. Thanks for watching!
I didn't really think about it, but as soon as I read your comment, it was the most obvious thing in the world. Hashbrowns would have been perfect! Thanks for watching!
Definitely not worth $100 imo. The only thing that maybe justifies it is the lobster tails but by seeing everything else on the buffet, The Bacchanal is a lot more exciting(and cheaper) and can argue that crab ultimately tastes better than lobster. The service is also top notch over there too.
Personally when I return in February, I'm just filling up on lobster tails and wellingtons. I do think in general I would still recommend Bacchanal as well for the variety. And Bacchanal for dinner does have lobster claws as well. Thanks for watching!
This is definitely the spiritual successor to the Sterling Brunch. No other buffet comes close in Vegas, including the current 3 month waitlist! Thanks for watching Christopher!
There is tax on top yes, so it's closer to $110. It's highly encouraged to tip, but not mandatory. But incredibly frowned upon to not tip anywhere in Vegas. Thanks for watching!
No thanks!!! Lol! For 100 dollars the eggs Benny's shouldn't be overcooked!!!!!?? And dry wellington!? Thank you so much for saving me $100 I would rather go to the wynn buffet which is the same thing for thirty bucks less!!??
The lobster tails alone warrant the price hike over the Wynn but I do agree I would like to see a runny benny and a more moist wellington. But that's buffet life, it comes down to timing when the food is brought out from the kitchen and onto your plate. Regardless, I'm happy to save you the trip! Thanks for watching Deborah!
LMAO! When I return here in February, I will be absolutely demolishing lobsters and wellingtons. Maybe I'll just make a quick short video then with a lobster count. Thanks for watching!
Spoiler Alert: This Sunday Brunch Buffet is already Fully Booked up into JANUARY 2024 at this point! You CANNOT book a reservation for the rest of this entire year of 2023!
Everyone is entitled to their own point of view though I personally think that's a weird take. The Sterling Brunch at Ballys was $125 and Ballys was a much lower tiered resort than the M and diners still considered it the best and reservations were out months in advance. The dining space at Anthony's is objectively nicer and more upscale than the Wynn Buffet dining space. I think the M buffet is expensive for sure, but I wouldn't call it overpriced because it's not a 5 star casino. That has the least to do with it.
Yeah, I doubt any buffet has a single item that's worth the price of entry. Like all buffets, you just have to make your money back in quantity. Twin lobster tails on the strip can easily go for $100 on their own. Prices are just crazy town nowadays. Thanks for watching!
If the buffet is booked that far in advance, they need to offer it more than once a week. I vowed to never return to the M Resort until they reopened their buffet. It looks like I am going to become a frequent customer now.
Yes, I suppose it depends on what you value. I can't eat lobster tails all the time. Twin lobster tails at a steakhouse like Anthony's typically run like $50-$60. So 3 or 4 tails alone and you've eaten that back. But if you're looking for variety, Anthony's is certainly much smaller than your standard spot and would not be worth the exorbitant price tag. Thanks for watching!
Are you going to try the new M Resort Sunday Brunch?

Why is it booked for the whole summer though? I was pretty sure Vegas executives told us Buffets are out of style and everyone wants to pay more and get less at Food Halls
LMAO! Right? I hope some other Vegas execs take notice and realize we want our buffets back! Thanks for watching Dolphi!
It's actually fully booked now for the ENTIRE rest of the YEAR, until January 2024!
If you want welly in Vegas, your best bet is a Gordon Ramsey restaurant. The prix fixe menu with appetizer and sticky toffee pudding has never let me down.
But for a buffet it looks among the best I’ve seen!
Yes! Best wellington is still from Chef Ramsay! But unlimited wellys is just a different beast! So good! Thanks for watching Lucia!
Excellent review! The food looks fantastic! QUESTION? I know buffets are kind of tabu for people with food allergies but do they have a printed food list for gluten free items and what station they are located at? This would be so helpful if you had someone in your party that had celiac disease. Thank you for the video!
There are some that do, but not all. You'll be able to see GF tags on some offerings for gluten free. Thank you for watching!
@@VegaswithShin thank you! 🙂
The music bed is cool.
The music bed?
The jazz..
@steveunger8868 aha yes! Glad you like it :)
hi shin, you are soooo lucky, looks amazing.
Yep! Sterling brunch sticker price was $125, so post tax and tip you're looking at $150+
wow balleys used to have this too this buffete is exceptional ty
Everyone is calling it the successor to the Sterling Brunch. It was very good. Thanks for watching Claire!
Dang bro! We were just up there visiting and I seen you in passing. I didn’t realize it was VegaswithShin till it was to late! 😂😂
Oh lmao! Well I'm on the strip at least once a week so please say hi the next time you see me! Thanks for watching!
Over/Under 100 smiles!
Are any alcoholic drinks included with the $99 price or is it only nonalcoholic?
I don't believe so. I know the old Sterling Brunch came with champagne but I don't think the M does. I didn't check specifically though so I'm not confident in my answer. My next reservation isn't until February so I won't be able to find out any time soon. Thanks for watching!
I hope that the other M Buffet reopens too! I heard that it's going to.
Thanks for watching Brad!
a bagel tree ??? you can grow your own at home, just plant cheerios in your yard..... LOL Thanx Shin...
LMAO! If only that's how it worked the world wouldn't go hungry. Thanks for watching Rob!
Don’t forget to throw in some poppyseeds and sesame seeds.
The reason for the $100 price tag is the Lobster tails, and I am fine with that. We are definitely going to go there!
Yessir! Premium price but comes with premium offerings. I hope you have a great time when you visit. Thanks for watching Jerry!
Thanks for watching Rush!
good video.
good review.
$99 OUCH
It's currently the most expensive, regularly running buffet in Vegas. Someone finally topped the $80 Bacchanal. Thanks for watching!
Feel like this is the Sterling Brunch reincarnated.
Yes! Many are calling this the spiritual successor to the Sterling Brunch. I can't say anything else comes close right now either. Thanks for watching!
99 is a bit pricey, rather do Bachanals dinner which has more options, looks good though
$100 is a tough pill to swallow, especially if you're looking for a range of options from your buffet meal. Two hundred and forty selections available at Bacchanal and that number is impossible to compete with. Thanks for watching!
Bacchanal has no lobster tail but cold lobster claw only, no beef Wellington or lamb chop neither
Nah, its not that bad…. I've dropped 3 times that at other restaurants.
@@rawasianchicago Right, that alone warranted the elevated price.
For 99 dollars I think the cost doesn't match the dishes small tails and prime rib pretty standard
Happy to save you the trip! Thanks for watching Steven!
Are you sure it didn't say "heirloom" chicken?
It was labeled airline chicken and I learned from the comments that it's a preparation that includes the wing bone of the chicken on the cut of the breast. Very clever! Thanks for watching!
The earliest availability is not til Sept 10th 😢
Oof yeah, I was speaking to the manager and he mentioned that they thought they would get at max 100 parties each week. After social media broke the story, they filled up within days for the rest of the summer. People do cancel their reservations all the time though so I'd check back constantly on OpenTable and the like. Good luck!
It's now completely booked for the entire year, until January 2024!
👍
🙏😀
"You know what I say, every buffet is a buffet if you're willing to pay"
I think that checks out lol. Thanks for watching!
Fingerling potatoes are just an afterthought 😂
I imagine they don't need to refill that one too often lmao! Thanks for watching Edward!
Happy to save you the trip! Your holiday time is valuable so I'm glad I can help you maximize your experience. Thanks for watching!
Does this beat the Bacchanal?
I think on occasion it might but I'd probably still take the trip to Bacchanal 4/5 times. I love all the premium dishes at Anthony's brunch, but I love variety at a buffet and you just can't beat the Bacchanal's selection. That said, 1/5 times if I'm in a luxurious mood, no other buffet will do. Lobster and beef wellys all morning. Thanks for watching!
Looks wonderful but not going to make a trip there for the buffet. And not at that price.
The M is definitely far from the strip so I understand completely. Thanks for watching Laurence!
Why can’t the do hash browns? Fingerling potatoes are not for breakfast!!!
The food holder things are called “chafing dishes”.
Ahhh! Learn something every day! Thank you!
Just devour as the lobster and beef Wellington and you'll get your monied worth 🤣🤣
Next time I return and I get to eat off camera, I will absolutely destroy the lobster and wellys! Thanks for watching!
They replaced the old Sterling Brunch buffet at Ballys.
This is definitely the spiritual successor to the Sterling Brunch. No other buffet comes close in Vegas, including the current 3 month waitlist! Thanks for watching Christopher!
Guess it is tax on top of that 99 USD? Do you have to tip as well?
Wynn is good, but not that great… I've had bad experiences there as well as others in town.
I see this as the replacement for the Sterling Brunch. Which was $100+. So this is an ok deal. Especially with the lobster and lamb
We need the B roll footage of you scarfing down 3 slices of prime rib and 4 lobster tails....got to get your money's worth right???
LMAO! When I return here in February, I will be absolutely demolishing lobsters and wellingtons. Maybe I'll just make a quick short video then with a lobster count. Thanks for watching!
His descriptions are good. Dry chicken sucks .
I agree, dry chicken does suck. Thanks for watching!
Spoiler Alert: This Sunday Brunch Buffet is already Fully Booked up into JANUARY 2024 at this point! You CANNOT book a reservation for the rest of this entire year of 2023!
Wow that's crazy. Where did you look up reservations that far in advance? Open table only shows 3 months ahead.
@@VegaswithShin i just booked for 0ctober 1 2023! several slots still open in sept and october
@mag botros oh? OpenTable only let's me see up to Sept 10th. Where are you booking?
That looks like a $50 buffet
Happy to save you the trip! Thanks for watching!
No ice cream or crepes!😢
Not this time around unfortunately. Thanks for watching!
Little overprice for a buffet , M resort is not 5 star Casino like Wynn's !
At a 100 for a buffet you shouldn’t have to camp out
I suppose within reason but I don't expect any buffet to have minute by minute refreshes of the food regardless of the price. Thanks for watching!
Very true
One to avoid
No need to stress that, it has over a 3 month waiting list. Harder to get in than avoid it. Thanks for watching!
😴
Good night!!
US is not a buffet country.
I don't think any country is a buffet country lol. They'd run out of food. Thanks for watching!
The thumbnail looks disgusting. Sorry.
I appreciate your thoughts! Thanks for watching!
There's nothing worth 99 dollars There's making u pay full 99 for beef wellington and lobster talis
Yes, if they added Saturday at least, that would be welcome for sure. Thanks for watching!
To be honest, for me its rly disaoppinting. Almost $100 bucks for that buffet? compared to the wicked spoon this is a joke.
