• 🚶‍♂️ Daily Progress: We covered 17 kilometers today, trekking through cotton fields that dominate the Gujarat-Maharashtra border. Did you know Gujarat is one of India’s largest cotton producers? 🌾
• 🏍️ The Jugaad Innovation: A fascinating look at a locally crafted custom vehicle-a hybrid of a Royal Enfield and a Tata Ace. This DIY engineering masterpiece runs on diesel, offering 25-26 km/l, and is a testament to India’s creative spirit.
• 🐕 Butter’s Journey: Butter is recovering from a paw injury. Watch as I ensure her safety and comfort with some much-needed rest and care. Discover the challenges of traveling with a pet in rural India, from finding pet-friendly guesthouses to providing medical attention in remote areas.
• 🍵 Local Experiences: Stopping at chai stalls, learning from locals, and enjoying homemade millet rotis-this journey is as much about the people as the places.

• Finding budget-friendly and pet-friendly accommodation proved tricky. After multiple rejections, we finally found a guesthouse in Bijapur, offering a glimpse into the hospitality and quirks of rural India.
• Managing on a limited budget, from meals to lodging, while still savoring the authentic experience.
