One thing you gotta understand is that your biological dad is a product of his environment and is a victim of life … he most likely lived and was raised by survival and not Love … I’m happy that you were able to learn and be the curve of your bloodline for you and your family!! RESPECT BRO 💯

Exactly. He was not a citizen, even probably undocumented, didn't have a job and lost hope. I know dad loves him by the way he hugged him. He was hoping mom, an American citizen, could work on getting the kids back but she was not able due to her drug situation.
I don't think your friend has to say your dad wasn't genuine. Dad warmly welcomed him, and took him to mom's house. PrettyboyAlfredo has fogiven them and that's the most important. Some men are not very expressive and dad definitely still has difficulty expressing himself in the English language. Just give him a chance to prove himself.
God has blessed you through your adoptive parents and helped you to become who you are now. Just live your life the best way you can.

Dont be so hard on your dad. He loves you. Men just show there emotions differently. The fact that he remember the little intrecate details about his son, your birthday, your birthmark, and what happened when he lost you. He cares... The reaction you saw in your first meeting him after many years, was his happiness for you, and what you become, and your success... If it was anything different , he would have tried to contact you years ago, and he would of asked you for something... Both your parents love you... and Im glad you are at the point in your life and the person you are that you are able to forgive them, and have an open ear and mind to listen, and try to understand, and agin to forgive, and give them and yourself a chance to move forward from the pass and move towards the future and try and be a family... Forget all that, their biggest favor was giving him life. He wouldn’t exist that if they were not exactly who they are. Whether they made many good or bad decisions, every decision they made, one of them helped bring this influential man into existence. Oh, and the mother of course who went through massive pain and sacrifice carrying him in her stomach for months and months, then going through the labor process. All the pain Fredo talks of, I doubt he’ll ever experience labor pain 😩 Also, I don’t think it was a happy day for her letting go of her children, Im pretty sure it was like hell to experience what she was going through to do something like this. Your dad was ready to tell part of it but I think the language barrier is what’s happening. I’m also glad you realized that even though they were not there you had great parents that took you in and raised you. Growing up in the 80’s and 90’s myself with a mom that was a drug addict and alcoholic it was hell. And I seen a lot of things that no kid should’ve witnessed and experienced. You have came along way and I can't say I full understand the situation but I some what do. not having a mom in the picture beside when she wanted I somewhat understand how it feels and I just wanna say you are truly an inspiration and a role model to so many continue to be the goat and continue to be the best version of yourself much love bro 🙏

You can see his mother is so genuine but the energy he got from his dad was just acknowledging his online personality. It shows you that even thought being given up caused him the most pain that everything happens for a reason and god knew he was going to be great! 🙏🏾💗 keep pushing forward and being the best version of you fredo! They think he is just some kind of celebrity like that was/ is your son a grown man!!!!

    • @amoraahart8723

I agree totally! It was really sad to see the dad wanting pics like he was a celebrity that he was out taking pictures with. I don’t think I heard him call him Alfredo once and also asking him if he had a job for him like this wasn’t a critical situation for him. The mom did seem genuine but I was a bit thrown off with the house thing. I do know kids tell their parents that when they’re young but i kind of find it questionable that that’s the only words you remember your son telling you. But I wish them all well🙏

That was so hard to watch but I'm glad I saw the ending. Your brother there is a true friend and brother to give it to you straight like that. Thank you for showing the reality that a 'family reunion' may not be all butterflies and roses. It seemed like you got the answers you needed, though maybe not the answers you wanted. ❤

I had a reunion with my biological mother a few months ago. She gave me away at birth. I was lucky enough to have phenomenal adoptive parents. They basically fed me with a silver spoon. My biological mother was very young and unable to provide for me. She had 3 boy before me and was only 19 when she had me. I was the only one to get adopted. When I met her for the first time it was VERY emotional. She cried, and I cried. The weirdest part was to realize that I was so hurt deep down once I saw her. I built up resentment. We communicated for a while, but I began to feel off. I was t feeling the relationship. I didn’t want to talk otp. I didn’t want to meet up. I began to just hurt and not wanna be bothered. It turned into a “see, i did GREAT without you” type of thing. I eventually cut off communication. Fast forward to about a few weeks ago, my wife and I began to converse and I realized I may have made a mistake. I felt as though i didn’t give it a chance. I began to pray on it. And since praying, I’ve just been having faith in God to lead me in the right direction with how I want to move forward, because I know if I go back into it, I’m not allowing myself to come out. I’m going to commit. Seeing this has really helped with my decision. Thanks brodie🙏🏾 and ya “brotha” right. There was NO genuineness in it. Plus, out of all things, ma dukes says “you said you gone buy me a house”. PUHHLEASE. Meeting my biological parents only made me thankful for my adoptive parents. On a level that will NEVER be able to be explained
