If I am using a condensate pot in LP line then what will the calibration procedure??
Because when we are using condensate pot in LP line then liquid present in LP line filled up to condensate pot exerts a constant pressure on transmitter diaphragm so we will not able to use this procedure i.e. venting LP to environment.

Use digital hand pump or low range druck, no need to connect the gauge.
Also at low range pressure, adjust zero by matching the hart mA reading with multimeter reading,.Do the same for 20 mA with high pressure range.

Brother Can You Adjust zero & span through HART ? What I know HART is a communication protocol, it's not a calibrator. We can adjust zero through HART but not calibrate. I don't know how u r calibrating through HART.

Sir,
First, Thanks for this nice and helpful tutorial, also, kindly use English if it is possible, to
make your videos useful for every one around the globe.
Second, even if you don't use any 1-5 VDC measuring device here, you need to have a
loop resistor in order to maintain the communication between the transmitter
and the HART communicator. If you bypass the resistor, the power supply filter capacitors
will eat your HART signals (AC)..!

Maximum pressure is supposed 10 bar.....and calibration range is 0 to 6 bar.....it means your tx is calibrated 0 to 6 bar....if you want calibrate this tx from 0 to 10 bar you can bcoz maximum pressure is 10 bar it's diaphragm capacity
