Making full automatic 126 eggs incubator at home.

Hello my friends.
Last month , my friend asked me to build this 126 eggs incubator for him and i accepted it 🐥
This incubator made of MDF 16mm thickness
I use 3 Incandescent lamp as heater 💡💡💡
The humidifier Is composed of fan and handmade Pad.
It takes a while to make the eggs turner so I recorded a video for it and posted the link where you can see the full video.

Air circulation is the most important thing in an incubator I do this air circulation system because the eggs are always in the air path and the heater cabin is separate
The controller board can controll heat and humidity
Main sensor is SHT 20,Swiss made
If for any reason SHT sensor doesent work the ds18b20 support sensor is ther for controlling the temperature 🤒
And the board has also recurring timer.

عمل رائع ....حفزتتي لصنع فقاسة مثلها ...ولكن لم أشاهد فتحات التهوية ...ولماذا لم تعزل غرفة الحرارة حتى يتم شفط الهواء ضمن حجرة البيض وإعادة تدويره بسلاسة ....

مرحبا يا صديقي لم تكن هناك حاجة لمروحة تهوية منفصلة في بناء هذه الحاضنة لأن هناك فتحات صغيرة في جميع أنحاء الباب والهواء داخل الكابينة يخرج بشكل مستمر وقليل جدا ، ويتم تهوية الهواء داخل الكابينة . شكرا جزيلا على اهتمامك بالفيلم. كن بصحة جيدة 🙋🏻‍♂️❤️

So good 😊. All you need is a plastic case and a fan . Fan flow the air and water will stem in air. You can by using the pad increase your output steam.

Thanks for you reply. But sadly this thermostat in not available on the online shops. This is 3in1 board. Temp and humidity thermostat and timer. You can buy each one and install on your incubator.❤️❤️❤️
