    In this youtube video i have shown how to make bafauri recipe or non fried pakora recipe. This bafauri dish is very similar dish to fara recipe. This dish is made of lentils only.

    Hum log steam pe pakate hain.. bhagone me paani aur uske upar chalni rakhkar, chalni k upar bafauri daalte hain aur upar se plate se dhak dete hain; just like phara.
    This way of cooking is also done at our home, but the former one is more healthy

    Actually it’s भपौरी not bafouri 😅 and we UP walas makes it frequently, first steam then try , and after frying we makes curry then mix them to curry.. garnish with green coriander

    Ye aise nhi bnta hai mam iska batter aapne shi bnaya hai pr process glat hai traditionally ye bhapouri hai ise steam pe bnate hain
    Pehle ek bde bowl me pàni khaula ke uske upar chalni rakh ke phir chalni me thode thode dur pe ise rkh ke ek plate se dhak de uske baad 10 minute baad plate uthaye phir vo apne àp hi plate chod dega kyunki channi pe tel laga hone ke karan
    Uske baad aap chahe to aise hi kha skte hain
    Optional -agar thoda aur tasty krna chahte hain to chane ke daal me thida mung ki daal bhi daal skte hain
    That's the traditional way to cook bhapauri i.e. on steam not in kadhai
    It is an oil free dish

      सविता जी मैंने यूपी का नाम नहीं दिया है मैंने बोला है कि यूपी में बहुत पॉपुलर है और भी एरियाज में बनाई जाती है यह भी मैंने मेंशन किया है मेरी नानी बना दी थी तो इसलिए यह मेरे घर की रेसिपी है क्योंकि बचपन से मैंने ऐसे ही देखा है बाकी अगर छोले भटूरे पंजाब में बनते हैं तो इसका मतलब यह नहीं कि पंजाब का कॉपीराइट है

      Google humesha sach ni bolta Bhai, matlab Apne toh MERI dadi Nani sabko jhoota Bana Diya kyooki Google Baba Kuch Aur bol rahe 😂😂😂🙏, anyways this is very popular in Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand eastern Up and Bihar also, my Nani ji was from Gorakhpur so she used to make it alot, it's our home Recipe, Google pr Aur Wikipedia pr koi Bhi edit Kar Sakta hi, it's not a supreme authority to declare something brother 🙏

      @@CuminCurry me too from Gkp, n this dish is prepared and liked so much in our home and eastern UP, we can also prepare it with masoor daal.. it depends on us whichever daal we want to use. I remember in my childhood when I was suffering from stomach upset, I asked my mom to try this recipe with moong daal, n I loved it coz my tastebuds turned so bad due to antibiotics
