Actually it’s भपौरी not bafouri 😅 and we UP walas makes it frequently, first steam then try , and after frying we makes curry then mix them to curry.. garnish with green coriander

@@CuminCurry me too from Gkp, n this dish is prepared and liked so much in our home and eastern UP, we can also prepare it with masoor daal.. it depends on us whichever daal we want to use. I remember in my childhood when I was suffering from stomach upset, I asked my mom to try this recipe with moong daal, n I loved it coz my tastebuds turned so bad due to antibiotics
