    6:20 I think you are wrong here regarding Dx(y) = min{current estimate, c(x, v) + Dv(y)} . This is according to the Bellman Ford equation , however, DVR uses the Distributed Bellman Ford algorithm and in that the current estimate is not considered. New distance vector of a router is calculated solely based on the distance vectors received from the neighbors.

    can any two nodes in the topology get the same update from the broken link nodes at a same time slot?? or do w need to change the time slot for every single update (time slot = hop count)

      Even if two nodes get updates in the same time slot, the sequence numbers of the updates will be different.

    Mam, If the A and C link are down, then A will send a triggered update to B, which then due to this update will send its routing table vector to A, so now it will accordingly update its routing table, why it has to wait for a periodic?
