- How to make Cajun Southern Fried Pickles. This is another easy appetizer recipe. March Madness is here and I know you're looking for a tasty side dish while watching college basketball. Well these crispy and crunchy fried pickles loaded with that dill flavor will do the job during March Madness Munchies. I don't use panko bread crumbs in this recipe but I do add Cajun spices. I would have dipped the pickles in the egg mixture and the coat with the flour mixture. Thinking Chicken I guess, 😂.

@@AllWingsEverything I did a trial run with making your fried pickles tonight before I actually shoot the video tomorrow night. I stayed with your recipe except for the Cajun seasoning...I didn't have any. I substituted the ground red pepper with crushed red pepper which is what I had. All other ingredients were used even the hot sauce. Let me tell you they were fabulous! I did pickle spears and pickle chips. The last batch of pickle chips I also added Panko crumps after putting your batter on the pickles and it gave it a nice crunch. Thanks again for doing this video :-)
