The Mielle strengthening line is catered to strengthen hair with protein... that TGIN line is a moisturizing line. Two different types of deep conditioners for different reasons. You should try the Mielle Mongongo Oil deep conditioner and the TGiN deep conditioner... that is a super match up because I feel as though that Mongongo oil deep conditioner is fire. I have plenty in my stash 😩💗💪🏾
That would explain the hard texture i felt when rinsing it out.. I'm definitely going to take this into consideration ESPECIALLY since Mielle is having their sale on the 22th i believe. This is the best time to try next things *cough* even though I'm a product junky
but i be wanting both. I used to use the Creme of Nature Acai/keratin masque and it gave me a pretty good balance of strength/moisture, but I can no longer find it locally or affordably online.
I added the Mielle on drenching wet hair and it had alot of slip. Great video. I'm literally sitting under my heated conditioning cap with the Mielle in my hair.
The TGIN has 'slip' because it contains dimethicone, which is a non-water soluble type of silicone. This type of silicone coats the hair, so it prevents your conditioning products from entering the hair shaft. If you're going to use products with silicone, you must use a clarifying shampoo on a regular basis to wash it out of your hair.
Once a month is fine for clarifying and various cones can be solved on water. But soap is more than enough to break it down. A clarifying once a month a good practice.
Main difference between those two is the silicone in the TGIN. That's where that superior slip and creaminess comes from. Just depends if you are a person who uses silicones or not. I do love the way the TGIN smells.
@@TamKam look, i tried to get some while they were 50% off, but ulta wouldnt let ppl in the store and by the time i got online they were sold out lmao. next time tho!!
Chillllle, I know the struggle I was trying to get the new collection and reup on this deep conditioner too but it was all sold out in a blink of an eye.😭😭😭. Our ulta not even open here
I tried the rosemary & mint a couple weeks ago and I must say I agree with your review on it during the process of using it really didn’t do nothing for me not even with detangling. I must try TGIN.... if you’re looking for slip moisture and not thick of a product I’d say try Mielle Organics babassu & mint deep conditioner. I love it!! While rinsing your hair feel so hydrated and soft and it also works good for detangling!
Yeah I’ve tried the rosemary mint mielle deep conditioner twice now and it did the same thing to my hair it just kind of sits there I’m gonna have to try the tgin one though it seems like it will work for me plus i love the butter cream they have
Did you love the final results of the mielle deep conditioner too. And you will definitely love the TGIN one. I have never heard anyone say they don't like it
I have tried the Mielle Deep Conditioning Mask Rosemary and Mint. One of my favorites I love the scent and it performed well on my hair. I haven't tried the TGIN one and you have sold me on it.
Hey!! I actually have TGIN sitting on my hair as we speak lol. I love their deep conditioner. Lots of slip and the scent is to die for. All products that I buy have to smell good. Thx for the video sad can’t wait for more.
I’ve only tried the mielle one but I’ve noticed that it spread better is on wet to soaking wet hair. Like sis is a little too thick for me. It annoys me that the masque tingles but the shampoo from the same line doesn’t
I'm going to definitely try it on soaking hair next time. And I bareyyyyy got a tingle. I do want to try the shampoo tho but I'm trying to slow down my product junkie ways
Yess I love the color of your hair for one! I haven’t tried either of theses! But the first one I love how it’s flows! The detention definitely came out! I definitely have to try these out!
Honestly, I realized that the ingredients has been changed in the TGIN honey miracle mask. For the better of course but the newer one I bought didn’t have as much slip and It was a tad bit thicker and not a runny as the older one. I honestly don’t know how I feel since the ingredient change. It felt different on my hair..I tried that mielle dc and my hair didn’t take to It much. I’m gonna try ur again though. Thanks for sharing 🤗
Tam Kam girl me too. I was so sad!! I’m gonna go and try to find the one with the old ingredients, they took some of the alcohols out and there was like 3 cones and now it’s one. It was for the best but I just felt like my hair liked that one better...
Yasss, my hair had no problems with the alcohol and the cones🤣🤣. Omg, I wonder when they changed cuz this last tube i used up i bought it like the middle of last year
Tam Kam i have no idea I bought some like two weeks ago to do my rose water dc battle and It looked different...I still had a old container and looked on the back and sure enough the ingredients was different..
great battle video - deep conditioners are my favorite wash day products 😊 i have both of these products, but have only used TGIN ... which is A1+ i'll have to try the Mielle one to see which I like best.
That cap is cute 😍 and I just used to Mielle rosemary mint mask last night, it is thicker. Yea the tgin looks lighter on you hair . Definitely gonna look into it . I’m becoming a product junkie too 😳😂 but a year oh no! Gotta start using those products

The rosemary mint does not have protein it’s strengthening because of the rosemary
Right ....I use Mielle once a month, because cause of the protein.I was thinking TGIN is more moisture.
@@simonex5572 There is no (protein) in Mielle’s rosemary and mint strengthening mask
The curls on the Mielle side look more defined to me and I don't think it has silicones
That Miele Deep Conditioner is one of my favorite deep conditioners EVER in life 😩 I really want to try the TGIN!
Mielle is a really good deep conditioner i must say. Definitely try the TGIN one to see how you like it
Does it helps your hair grow ?
I added the Mielle on drenching wet hair and it had alot of slip. Great video. I'm literally sitting under my heated conditioning cap with the Mielle in my hair.
Thank you so much. It's so moisturizing
@@TamKam my hair was super soft after I rinsed it out. It was unbelievable!
Do you put the mask on the wet hair ? And then you use the heat hair cap?

This type of silicone coats the hair, so it prevents your conditioning products from entering the hair shaft. If you're going to use products with silicone, you must use a clarifying shampoo on a regular basis to wash it out of your hair.
Right! I made the mistake of not knowing it contained silicones and accumulated heavy build up, frizz and breakage 😩
exactly. sulfates are my best friend especially for my scalp. my scalp never itches now.
Thank you for that important information.
Once a month is fine for clarifying and various cones can be solved on water. But soap is more than enough to break it down. A clarifying once a month a good practice.
TGIN has always been my fav ❤, but I’m glad you did this video because I wanted to try the mielle due to the hair growth and protein
You have that Gabrielle Union smile. Okay, I'll get back to the video now. Lol

Honestly I'm not a person that really watch ingredients too often, so the silicone is fine with me
I need to get my hands on the TGIN mask! Everyone loves it so much 😭
Girl whatttttttt, you never tried it?!?!?. Imma need you to get your hands on some when they have another sale on ulta

I love a good natural look and your hair is beautiful and your skin is FLAWLESS:)😍😍😍
Thank you so much hun😘😘😘
My hair didn’t like the Mielle Organics Rosemary m’ont hair mask. Gave it to my sister.
I was worried about it too till the final results. What's your hair porosity
@@TamKam I have high porosity hair. Yep I was shocked at your results
@@LadyBiancaB I'm low porosity. Maybe its too much for your strands
Tam Kam yea I believe so.
TGIN Hair Mask is my fav!!! I have to try the Mielle one!
Yassss most definitely

I’ve always wanted to try tgin! It looks good cuz I don’t like too much products on my hair
I haven't tried either of these masks but I'm interested in giving them both a try & seeing which I like 💛
