    Besides diesel and petrol prices, I am also concerned about CNG prices, even though the petrol pump does not carry CNG. I also have a thought about the mode of payment. UPI is one of the online payment options we accept. I now move on to the next point which is related to stores and car washes. Do these businesses have their own profit or cost, or do they fall under the petrol pump profit? I will look more into the transportation of petrol and diesel trucks from where the petrol pump gets its cost, and then look into employee benefits. I will look into changing to variable costs. I don't think the value chain is the main reason. If I'm wrong, please let me know. I just started learning this.

    My recommendations:
    as price cannot be controlled by us we should look for other revenue opportunities
    This could be having a add hording in the petrol pump
    If we have some open space then allowing the truck drivers to take rest there this can potentially encourage truck drivers to visit our petrol pump
    May be we can also have air filling service and puncture repairing service
    and may be we can have a small store in the petrol pump.

    Decrease the supply chain cost from the other side to decrease the cost increase profit

    what if cars turns out to be only small percentage of customers rate ..may be 2%
