This is what I appreciate about you: when surely most viewers expected you to be amazed by this part 8:40 (and to be sure, you were!) it was really this part 10:42 that you were most impressed and blown away by. To casual listeners, this part (that is, the way Chen "backed of" and finished off that big note/vowel softly) probably does not stand out or register. But you understand the nuances here. As you explained, it's takes a lot of skill to do what he did, but non-singers would never realize it because it's so subtle. I also love how much you pause to explain in detail the many ways Chen skillfully uses his vocal "arsenal" even in just one line. I very much liked how you explained that Chen's voice is so developed that he has many "options" of how to sing something, and that is how his singing is so dynamic and diverse. (And once again, you even heard new ways Chen could sing something! I can't wait for you to check out older performances and songs by him and discover even more different ways he can sing. In fact, you remind me of something a judge of the singing competition "Masked Singer" said about Chen's voice: after Chen's 3 performances, the judge said he voted for him because he "looked forward to how Chen will sing next"; like you, he was hearing such diversity and interesting dynamics in Chen's singing from song to song to song.) Even though I'm Chen's fan for years now, I have even greater admiration and respect for his skills and hard work after watching your reactions/analysis to his album, thank you!

Yup I agree you should watch Chen performance in masked singer. I was actually surprised because in one of it which was Drunken Truth he really showcase his low note so well 😮 I was so used to listen to his brighter tone that when he went with warmer & low note it got me so shocked. So after that performance I much prefer his low note tbh but alas it's hard to get him singing anything like that
