  • Ingredients:-
    2 teaspoons (6 grams) instant dry yeast
    1/2 cup (110ml) Lukewarm milk
    3 1/2 tablespoons (42 grams) sugar + 1 teaspoon
    2 3/4 cups (357g) bread flour
    Pinch of salt (2 grams)
    2 eggs
    1 teaspoon (4 grams) vanilla
    4 tablespoons (56 grams) unsalted butter
    For the Blueberry Puree:-
    2 cups fresh blueberries
    1/3 cup granulated sugar
    1 tsp lemon zest
    1 tsp lemon juice
    For the Frosting:
    4 oz cream cheese
    3 tablespoons unsalted butter
    1 cup powdered sugar
    1 tablespoon blueberry puree
    Pinch of salt
    Vanilla

    Correct if I'm wrong, but after the dough rest/puffs up for an hour. You then immediately roll the dough into a Rectangle?
