The return of The Carpetbagger archenemies: compressed air and people following him around. I was laughing soo hard that I almost choked on my drink. He was screaming like a little girl and saying “Who are you?!”.
You are in my fav place! It’s so weird seeing you so close to my home! My husband and I watch your videos every day and this is where we went for our first real date!
Figured you were on your way to PEI to go to Ripley's when you were in Maine! You gotta go to the potato museum in O'Leary. There's a potato statue outside of it! Also Kings Castle Provincial Park in Murray Harbour!! It's full of fairy tale fibreglass statues!! PEI is such a beautiful province! Enjoy!
As a New Brunswicker which is next door to PEI , and a subscriber since 1000 subs, and I may have told you to check out the island years ago, knowing you would love it, when I opened youtube tonight and saw you were here I screamed , yelled to my children and husband he's here he's here! So glad you made it we are headed over on Friday to visit family, enjoy, hopefully you check out the wax museum and Ripley's! Much love Jacob! Melisa!
That is the best haunted attraction I think I have ever seen . Amazing place .It really was amusing watching you go through there . The gardens were beautiful and a lot of fun . Had a great time watching this . Keep Safe ❤Keep Well❤
That place is insane! I've never seen such a labor of love put into a haunted mansion. I can not even fathom the amount of investment to make that happen. TY for the experience! BTW, that's a Tilt-A-Whirl.
I just did some research. This place was originally an old potato warehouse. They apparently put a LOT of work into it, built the facade on it and built it into a haunted attraction and garden. It's really a neat place!
WoW! Your visiting my country, you go to PEI where I have gone several times and you find the most amazing Haunted attraction I have never seen or heard of ? I'm upset on two levels, the attraction & you visiting I missed. Love your channel.
Yes, it was a tilt a world:) and the CN on the train stands for Canadian National Railway, you are correct. My dad worked there until he retired;) this used to be a an attraction of gardens and small scale famous castles and things from around the world. They have turned it into the haunted mansion, and have used some things that used to be in another attraction on PEI, called Rainbow Vally. Im going to PEI in two weeks for a vacation. It’s a fun place to spend a few days, not to far from home❤ I am from New Brunswick Canada, another Atlantic province. I would have loved to have meet you Carpet bagger:) I’ve watched your channel for ever! Welcome to Canada 🇨🇦
There is a lot to see and do on Prince Edward Island. So here a few things Anna of Green Gables, Potato Museum, West Point Lighthouse Museum the only lighthouse is painted black and white and the others a red and white. You must try some Cows ice cream, The Island Mussels. When you go home you video the drive across the Confederation Bridge.
This was awesome! I've lived a 10 minute drive away from the haunted mansion for 19 years, but I have never ever been inside. Don't know what I have been waiting for!
I think the frog represents the short story Rainy Season in his book Nightmares & Dreamscapes. I've been reading Stephen King books since 1987. I love all of his earlier works. Especially the ones that tie into another. Keep up the great work Stephen King & thank you for this video Jacob! My 8 yr. old grandson found you when he was 4 yrs old & he loves your videos!
28:00 - This grandfather clock and some of other outdoor pieces (a lot of castle-stuff, the scale, the strength test, the shooting gallery and a couple of the farm pieces) what were or weren't shown hold a special place in the the heart of a few older millenials and gen x'ers here. I point out the clock because on the face of the clock you can see the logo for Rainbow Valley: This is a now defunct waterpark and was a staple of summer for a lot of us Islanders before it was shuttered. There's a video called "The Rainbow Valley Doc" here on youtube that has old footage of the place and interviews with both former workers and guests. It's neat bit of Island history and I'm really happy that the Haunted Mansion preserves some of those pieces (i think a few others can be found at Ripley's Believe It or Not here in PEI).
I am from New Brunswick and haven't been to this place for years. When I went it was a castle and gardens. the dungeon and the downstairs old street were part of it then. There used to be an attraction nearby called " Woodleigh Replicas". It was small scale repliacs of famous places and houses and churches. The castle was the only building you could fit in. It closed quite a few yrs ago and I noticed several of the pieces now in this garden. Also I went down the slide (or partially), got stuck and started to panic. My husband had to haul me out the ankles. lol Thanks for the memories.
Some of its based on the most haunted street in York, the most haunted city in the UK. Sampson’s of Piccadilly was a department store in London, it’s now a bookstore.
First off, welcome to the far north of Canada. Well neighboring providence to Quebec to us. Torontonians it's called Prince Edwards Island yet Canadian tours country. Hope you enjoy it up there
As an 11 year old, I can confirm that I love your videos a lot!!! I love watching your videos and watching people travel it’s amazing and one time you even came to my town to visit a haunted house (in illinois) I’m so happy that you came here once and your so cool I hope that I can travel one day! I am a very big fan!!!! And I’ve watched you for 2 1/2 years thank you for being cool!! 💗💗💗
Been binge watching old episodes for awhile now and I noticed in almost every episode he quotes the movie Jaws not complaining just something I never noticed until I binge watched.😀
this attraction looks incredible! unique things like these are the best type of tourist attraction! it definitely looks like it was someones house at one point!|
We used to stop by here during it's first incarnation as part of our yearly visit to the old Woodleigh Replicas in Burlington. It was always a great place to visit as a kid and it's wonderful that the site has been revitalized. We'd usually grab a bite to eat at the Frosty Treat Dairy Bar when we finished. Nice to see that it's still up and running as well!
I live in pei and I used to go to this when I was really young! This is so nostalgic lol, the haunted mansion has grown up so much since I was a kid, if you go around Halloween time there used to be actual people instead of animatronics which was really neat and it definitely expanded!!! The witches boot and the Tilt-A-Whirl were definitely big hits as a kid and there was also like an air plane ride. This was really cool to see again after the hurricane
Your brave, I don't i could go through this alone. Looks like something fun for Halloween, i wonder if they have people in here for real around that time and if this place is really hunted. Be safe and have fun.😮😮👍
This was awesome!!! I would love to see this one day. This has got to be the coolest road side attraction ever! Thank you for taking us along! Safe travels Jacob! Compressed air is always the best!👻👻👻
PLEASE READ, EVERYONE!! Just saw your latest vid! Your channel introduced me to every single location I have ever planned to visit. You are an encyclopedia of American attractions! I know you need some time off, so I'm going to run your videos on my TV instead of music/the usual stuff. I'll try my best to go for the rest of August, and give you a chance to take a mental break for views! Everyone who appreciates Jacob's channel and wants to boost him for a bit--post your comments in his feed!!! Let's show him we wanna give him August!!!
When you went around the corners yelling Hello? too funny. Ahhh the the sinister things they could do with that haunted house - I am assuming its a family haunt though. I like how long it is though. I think the dismantled Tilt a Whirl was the creepiest part ha
So fun fact: the giant rabbit head in the first room is from a now defunct attraction called Rainbow Valley, also in PEI. My memories of going there as a kid involved a short dark walkthrough called the Witch's Cave, and the gift shop, which was a UFO.
PEI had so many good ones, went therein the early 2000's, got some photos from here. rainbow valley was very unique, wish it was still around for you to see
👍👍👍👍👍👍 The Haunted Mansion is a unique Haunted Mansion. I agree with you---I believe that the house was once a private residence, as it looks like it was.
Hi Jacob😊 happy to travel with you tonight🤗 It is been a while... I very much enjoy being in your "compagnie" ❤ WELCOME to 🇨🇦 my friend, mon pays😊 ( I am from Quebec) 😘🫂👍
I remember as a kid when it was more of a museum, but I prefer it as a haunted house. They did have a Tilt-A-Whirl and Air Plane rides, but have closed them down as you can tell.
Neat haunted house...were you supposed to open the doors at the village room? @25:38, that looks like a dismantled tilt-a-whirl. Love the garden...it's giving me ideas for my back yard
The return of The Carpetbagger archenemies: compressed air and people following him around. I was laughing soo hard that I almost choked on my drink. He was screaming like a little girl and saying “Who are you?!”.
He is hilarious!
@@suemoo22 He is definitely funny @suemoo22 🤣😂
I live for those screams. It's the best.
@@Jamison4200-OG Me too!
Huh. That time of year already? (Not that I'm complaining.) 😀
What a truly amazing attraction. Not many modern attractions still have that old school roadside feel, but this delivers. I love it!
I seen some stuff like the tunnel and the monkey outside was from rainbow valley.
@@TalentlessCooking Yes tons of things are from Rainbow Valley. :)
Carnival ride was definitely a Tilt-A-Whirl.
Sure was! One day it was dead there and the kid running it let us for for almost 30 mins
You are in my fav place! It’s so weird seeing you so close to my home! My husband and I watch your videos every day and this is where we went for our first real date!

The old Farm Place looks pretty good and I the haunted mansion is perfect
I am very happy that you made it PEI. My home away from home. Do not forget to go to the potato museum
Oh god no that place is the most boring place on the face of the planet
As a New Brunswicker which is next door to PEI , and a subscriber since 1000 subs, and I may have told you to check out the island years ago, knowing you would love it, when I opened youtube tonight and saw you were here I screamed , yelled to my children and husband he's here he's here! The mansion was great but the outside area impressed me the most .
That place is insane! I've never seen such a labor of love put into a haunted mansion. I can not even fathom the amount of investment to make that happen. TY for the experience! BTW, that's a Tilt-A-Whirl.
Those coins dropping in those games is music to my ears. Playing with an arcade card is definitely not the same!
I just did some research. This place was originally an old potato warehouse. They apparently put a LOT of work into it, built the facade on it and built it into a haunted attraction and garden. It's really a neat place!

Amazing! I'm a local!
I had no idea you were here. Glad to have you!
The abandoned ride def looks like a Tilt a Whirl.
Man, that's pretty awesome... I wonder if they have costumed actors closer to Halloween.
Thank you for the adventure Bagger, keep them coming.
They do have costumed actors at Halloween time.
I love his expression after he gets off the last slide. Looking around to make sure no one caught him. Lol!
My mom just went to PEI and said it was amazing. We live in BC.
WOW!! This is an awesome place! I think this may be my favorite so far!! Spooks around every corner, and a full packed adventure!! WOW!
Great video, I haven’t been to that haunted mansion in over 20 years!
This was the most excellent haunted house ever! Thanks for the experience, Jacob ❤
Omg Yesssss to Unliving Portraits. I feel these dont get enough love.
I've always wanted to go to Prince Edward Island to see the world of Anne of Green Gables! Did not know there was a Haunted Mansion.
This is in Kensington, Cavendish (the Anne area) is about 25-35mins🤔 away
Love my land of Anne

Always the Super Fun Happy Slide! Hahahah
"Think we could get in trouble for using Disney's Haunted Mansion typeface on our sign?"
"Nah, it'll be fine." LOL
That mansion looks like a small hotel lol good morning Jacob. Its good to see this, thanks for sharing. You take care my friend 🤓📸
Really a good and original haunted house. Lot of bang for your Canadian buck.
Bro that second slide sounded and looked painful! 😂 The look on your face! 😂😅
what a wonderfully strange attraction.... and yes, that was a tilt-a-whirl
There's a Ripleys here, too.
Fun day at the MANSION !
Your getting close to my neck of the woods.😊. There's a Ripleys just up the road. Dont miss it

The games section is also from rainbow valley as well
I miss rainbow valley, a treasured childhood fever dream.
thank you for sharing this awesome roadside attraction
Oh wow, wasn't expecting a haunt attraction this soon! Awesome!
What an incredible place❤ such a fun one Jacob !!!
You should return around Halloween to see if they have any live actor's during the season.
You should totally get one of those HAUNTED MANSION HATS.. That would look good on you.
Loved it. Really interesting. Good job
Old school fun-awesome!!!
Seeing this brings back memories of StoryTown usa. Thats now six flags. Luckily in the 90s i got to experience the vintage stuff. I love this. ❤
