Graham Island is not in Alaska, it's in BC, about 25 miles south of Alaska. You're talking about the Haida Gwaii, formerly the Queen Charlotte Islands. Langara Island (yes, right off Graham Island, British Columbia), and Sitka Alaska, would be the top two spots for saltwater Chinook Salmon fishing in the world. You are right on about PEI and GBR, though - good call.
@Bigfishfun333 don't need a list. I've fished all over the world and If it's saltwater fishing, you're looking for Baja Mexico is the winner by far. Huge variety and quantity of fish. From off shore , to inshore to DIY off the beaches .. nowhere like it
