Well, it depends on your capability to grind for a long time. If you can grind fast and spends long time, you'll get there in days or weeks (maybe a month or so? XD). You can level up fast by doing Mq or buying mg stks. If you don't want to spend from buying mg stks, mq is still viable. Grinding for a long time may be hard but it is still worth it at the end. ^^
Hi! If you meant the stun from the Venomous Dance, yes it can be recast again. Stack first 5 Venom Blade by using Phantom Step to use VD bcoz it doesn't work if not 5 stack. As long as you can use VD, you can stun the boss/mobs if their level is lower than you. Also, some bosses are immune to stun but you can still get the Assault buff from VD.
If you meant the stun from Sicarius, no it can't be recast. It is one time stun when the enemy is full hp. Sicarius will stun enemies when they are lower level than you and their hp is above 95%. Some boss are immune to stun. If their hp drops below 95% and their level is higher than you, it will not stun.

Assuming you have all 2s equips, all poison relics, all poison Al, it is not enough to make to 500k
