I asked already if you have any ideas how to crack my back, I really need it cracked as I broke my back a few years ago & either doesn’t work or it’s too painful, it was my L1, L3 & L4 that I broke, sometimes when I try & it isn’t working I can begin to panic due to the pain but I’d appreciate anything you can give me some tips on, Thanks
My xray said this straightening of the normal lumbar lordosis due to muscle spasm or sprain does that mean I'm getting flat back? Also when the back sprain go away will my lumbar lordosis be normal?
Dr Kramer you replied to my question regarding how to crack my back myself after I had broken it before, you told me who to see & what to ask for in Xray, but do think I should stop trying to crack it until I’ve seen these people, Thank You for the reply.
Hi doctor. First of all my English is not good 😊 I have pain in my lower back (specialy in left side) for about 6 months i feel it when I bend forward more bend =more pain or when i walk too much i did x-ray the doctor told me it's straightning due to musle spasm . Help me

Wow sorry to hear that...find a doctor that does corrective care and get xrays standing and bending to see what"s stuck and more importantly what is moving too much or unstable...good luck and keep me posted....IdealSpine.com...CBP

I have pain since 4,5 months. 31 Male. Mostly come when I'm sitting. When I'm sitting i feel some pain in my lower right back area. My groing. Right lower abdomen. In my right buttock. Some times along my leg and arms feels my feet has small numbness.. Also i always pain right testicle pain. Actually between may balls and anus. did KUB ultrasound scan, testicle scan. Everything normal. No kidney stones, no UTI etc. Prostate also fine in uss. When stting pain is hard. More sitting more pain. When stand up and laying down not giving pain. 80% it comes when sitting. Im freelancer and I'm sitting in front of my pc lot of time almost everyday since 8 years now. Not sure what to do 😢.
Start walking first, then I would try the exercises from my flexion intolerant list...pain while bending forward and sitting while getting some relief walking...try and let me know...good luck.
It looks like a disk herniation for me. Try some glute bridges (3x10) for a week a see If u got improvement while sitting. Please avoid abs, deadlifting and stiff when working out.

lombar lordosis is lost may be due to muscle spasm,please help me.
Can a cervical lordosis leave to lesion of the spine?

This exercise is really amazing. i've had a flattening in my lower back for 10 years. There is no pain left in my lower back
