been having a real crappy last few weeks, on top on a life I've failed to make any worthwhile accomplishment or being important to anyone I've met, just isolating myself outside of work and gym. Whoever said lifting heavy things makes your depression better was a liar, and I also have made a couple of decisions that I never would have thought of doing 3 years ago. 33 now, and every other day feels like the day I should something stupid, but would at least make it all stop. I can only see how everything going crazy and hate feeling unable to become stronger, only becoming more emotional and self-loathing, but also a bit misanthropic to counter the racism, misandry and misogyny from all sides. But still say I should leave it all first because that's not how to live, but I don't know how to do the right thing, only what not to do. I can only resent but also be happy for others, and only blame and shame myself for my mistakes and hope I learn, been doing it for my whole life. It doesn't work. This playlist is wonderful, by the way. definitely helps a bit for now.
