- Leshaun once toured with LL Cool J and preformed on the triple platinum single "Doin’ it," but now the rapper enjoys a more simple life. She is a Tiny House builder & lives in one full time! This episode is about her newest RV renovation, which is (a little) bigger and more glamorous than her last one. She lives in this tiny home full time and calls the space "Dream."
It's also important to that the last video we featured of Leshaun, about her toy hauler conversion, received 1.4 million views (so far) and, along with it, some hate. She wanted to address those haters in this video, so we gave her some space for that. Watch all the way to the end to hear her sassy and very articulate response.

She’s in Las Vegas. They get rain but not very often. Who even knows if she still has it. I watched another video and she said she watched people steal her things and she couldn’t do anything.

I was going to say, she needs to partner with an RV company that is willing to offer modern interiors. RVs have not changed a bit since the 1960s! People really like these modern interiors but the RV companies seem to be stuck in their old design habits.

I'm going to go watch the first video of yours that I missed, now. I love that you've reinvented yourself with careers and now homes! Nice to see a larger tiny home, too. Lots of people think that it has to be less than 200 sqft to be tiny. There is definitely a market for homes of all sizes 800 sqft or less, particularly for families...truly an almost untapped market.

This is not a tiny home. It’s a mini mansion! This has to be the most beautiful home I’ve ever seen. I think when you put your own blood sweat and tears into building something it makes it shine even more. I love the fact that she thrifted items and repurposed things. I had it built and delivered onto my property in the country. I out right own it and I don’t owe anyone.
I have never felt more free in my life. I’ve owned 2 homes in my life, my kids are adults and are own their own. The power company was on my property cutting down trees this morning and came in to see it. He said if anything ever happens to his home, he would be getting a tiny home.

Yep that’s for sure. What happened is the gossip bloggers decided to have a field day with the fact that I am a former hip-hop artist and I am living in a tiny home. As if all the people in the music industry is supposed to be living in mansions most of those people are living paycheck to paycheck and having to do things they don’t want to do in order to survive and stay in the limelight and put up a front for the public. I am not about that life I live within my means. 🥰

Awwww thank you so much and yes, definitely stay away from the dark dark countertops. They look fabulous in your space but you’ll hate having to wipe everything all the time. I actually did a full video of my kitchen on my channel which dropped today as well. the timing is perfect so if you want to get more ideas, go and check out that video as well. I wish you all the best with your downsizing journey and you will hit some bumps in the road and that’s OK. Take them as learning lessons. What you don’t even see is I actually caused a flood in my home about a month after I moved into it stuff happens but you persevere. Don’t be afraid to just live and let live!

More than anything, I admire the independent spirit of Leshaun and her ability to make her inner vision real in the world. I love how she is happy living within HER means. She's not trying to be something she's not.
