To return to the "Run" button, you don't have to go back to the CREATE tab, you would go to the DESIGN tab that populates after generating a new Query Design. This will be available as long as there is an SQL View window available from which to Run.

As for using the "run" button, this button literally runs the query, which is ok if your creating a select query. If you're creating an update, delete, or make table query you want to use the datasheet view instead. If your windows are in tab mode right-click the tab and select datasheet view. Lastly the sql view in access looses the formatting, so long complex sql queries are better written in an external text editor, for example the free open source Notepad ++, then copy and paste into the editor to run it.

Thank you for your video. Quick question, how do you "unstick" each window from the pane? Each one of my windows are in a tab on top of the pane, but yours are "extracted" and you can move them around and see 2 or more at a time. I searched far and wide on the internet but I have no idea how to do that.
