I made this liquor and it's awesome. I used 100 proof vodka and it's strong just trying to measure how strong. Also should I refrigerate it?

When the cherries sit for a week are they refrigerated or room temperature? Do you have to shake the jar every so often?

Leave it a room temperature. Give it a shake about once a day.
