it's a shame that SM never used Jungwoo's visuals even though he is "objectively" handsome and was called by some people as "the next top visual of SME" before his debut (and to me, he is one of the pretties idols i have ever seen 🤭), ofc Jungwoo has many more qualities, but what's the point of being pretty and charismatic and not using it to their/his advantage? i hope this will change in the future and he will have more opportunities, especially now that he is much more confident

They did seem to want to project Jungwoo as cute and innocent early on. Believe me, he’s as “innocent” as I am. They did have him looking sexier during the “Punch” era, and I believe the company became more serious about making sure people saw how hot the members were during Sticker.” If it were up to me and other JW stans, Jungwoo would have had a solo career years ago. But I’ve learned that it’s a slow, gradual process with these companies. Far more famous and successful artists have had to wait their turn.

No kidding. SM is pretty good these days when it comes to translations; they’re either there when posted or almost certainly by the next day. Some of their older videos are really frustrating, though.
