Hi!! After doing both Handmade & POD previously, the handmade just wasn't scalable and with POD my shop was a personalized/customs shop so I still had to fill every order manually :)
i love you, it is much better learning from somebody who has such a great success and experience. can you give me a process how to list 400 listings in 3 months and how to create. a mailing list?
You will just want to divide the listing number by how many days you intend to add listings per week an that should be your goal number each day. As for creating a mailing list, in whichever email marketing software you use, you'll need to create an optin page, offering something free (preferably in line with the product you intend to sell) and post in places you are able to get traffic and grow your list, that way once you have your shop up and running you can start to email with new products. I plan on creating a video on how to do this and where to post your email optin in the next few week or so :)
Hi Bailey, how do you decide which products to advertise? If a product sells well it is shown on the first pages without ads. Does make sense to advertise well-sell products? Thank you!
I usually advertise all to begin with and remove the ones that don't convert after about a month unless they begin losing money immediately. Most of my ones that sell well organically are also still advertised because they make a profit on ads as well.

You're welcome! I like to teach to create audience-based shops....you can have many different products that apply to the same customer, both digital or POD:)

hello hopefully you can answer my question it is How do you make a return on ad spend when your products are like 1 dollar a piece looking at your shop don't you need to have a higher priced project to even think about making a return it seems difficult to make return on ad spend when they only cost a dollar a piece
I utilize a pretty strict time-blocking schedule about 4 times a week and only do about 10-15 a day now. I then use software to mock them up for me and a VA does do the listing portion now:)
Hi Bailey :). I was wondering if you can sell pre-made templates on Etsy? The owner of the template says you can sell it with his permission. Of course will change up the design but was a little leary not knowing what to put when on Etsy it says who made it? You really can't put a production partner on it? do we have to use ai to design,? i prefer to do my own designing, what do you think?
You most definitely do not have to use AI, if you are a designer, by all means you can create that way :)

No, I'm not keeping any inventory so not sure they would serve any purpose.

They all usually get added to Ads from the beginning and then I remove them if they lose money after about a month of data.

There's no rule against it currently, but they do have to be altered/remade in some what by you :)
