Hahaha! My wife's reaction to this video is a mirror of yours. She expected that voice from the depths of the basement, but when Tim went directly to the attic...my wife's jaw dropped and didn't know what to say.😂😂😂
I'll say it once I'll say it again...I can never get enough of this man... been following him since the beginning of Home Free... oh my God there is nothing this man cannot do....God bless you Tim for blessing us with your beautiful voice..
Ayojess, he's definitely seductive, ain't he, lol! that confidence he shows in the Stay portion with the hand motion (the c'mon, c'mon baby motion) will make your hair stand on end. Great voice, great attitude. Gorgeous guy.
What a treat watching your reactions. That look you get when he hits those low notes. You'd definitely like him to hum you a few bars!! Amazingly beautiful woman.
Tim's voice is so wonderful - it brings such joy to my heart to watch and listen to this. You are 24 and I am a great-grandmother but I can tell from your reaction that you share my feeling!
Subscribing, if only for the fact that you couldnt resist an IMMEDIATE rewatch. When i discovered this song by him, i spent like three hours watching other people react to his skill
Tim is such an extraordinary talent. I really liked the originals of these songs, but Tim just crushed them. The switch from bass to tenor was jaw dropping. Every Home Free member is ridiculously talented individually and when you put them together it is fire. We are so lucky to experience the talent of these guys.
He’s just showing off his 5 octave range for ya!!! Yeah, Tim is amazing. He sings in the basement, then sings up in the attic and then when he talks he’s back in the basement. Goodness! Multitalented. He writes music, does multiple layers of his voice…love him. Good reaction AyoJess. 😀
I really like peoples reactions to this one. He surprises them when he sings with all of his different ranges. The way he blends them is great. And he blends the two songs together just as well as well.
Will you still love me was originally recorded by the Shirelles. Stay was originally recorded by The Zodiacs back in 1960. Personally, my favorite cover of Will you still love me was recorded in the 80s by Laura Branigan. Tim has a 5 octave range though I swear sometimes he is trying his best to push it to 8 by inventing new notes at the bottom end.
Love those versions too, but the ones I prefer are Carole King’s “Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow” from her “Tapestry” album. Carole wrote the song for Shirelles during the early part of her career. The very best version of that is with James Taylor and Carole together!! Also, The Four Seasons version of “Stay,” with Frankie Valli’s falsetto that no one can beat. Both songs keep getting musical updates with every generation! Proves the staying power of good, lyrics, good melodies, and good taste!
Tim is amazing, With amazing vocal range to go with it. I'veheard this before. But truthfully but truthfully the reason I clicked on this is because you are extremely beautiful until you smile then OMG...You're a feast for the eyes 🥰
It is so nice to see someone your age enjoying music from the '60's. Frankie Valli and the four seasons. Great reaction and I hope you do more Home free. Stay well.
Loved watching the excitement build as you realized just what you were hearing! Anything by Tim or Homefree is worth reacting to. Add VoicePlay and Pentatonix and you'll hear some of the best sounds out today. I'll gladly watch you reacting to any of them.
AyoJess, I love how much you really love Tim's singing.and also just so you know Tim's vocal range is unbelievable for a bass singer. He is just like Geoff castellucci, and they are both dear friends, and also Geoff was the producer in the recording box when Tim filmed the video.
This style was known as, Doo-Wop. It's a form of Rhythm & Blues that started in a few of the large cities in the late 1940s and peaked in popularity during the mid-50's through the early 60's. Many of them were A cappella groups.
Greatly enjoyed your reaction and your appreciation and recognition of great musical talent. Please keep the reactions coming! You're a joy to watch and listen to!!
If you liked Tim layering his voice for the background harmonies, you need to listen to "Misty Mountain" from "The Hobbit" by Peter Hollens, ft. Tim Foust. Just the two voices, and over 100 layers! OMG!!!
If you love Tim, you have to hear almost the whole catalog from his group Home Free! Especially "End of The Road", the Boyz 2Men hit. Be warned, you will definitely be amazed!
I love Tim's voice but I also love Home Free ... There is notes he hits that gives me goose bumps. But watching your facial expressions was great yea girl it makes you quiver all over and your expressions said that to me any way.
Tim's falsetto cover of "Stay" follows the trail blazed by Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons. The air up that mountain is fresh and cool and the view is worth the climb.
Late 50s, early 60s covers. Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow was a Motown girl-group song, Stay was same era, covered by many groups, he takes his inspiration by the cover by Frankie Valli and the 4 Seasons.
This was a cover of two songs Will You Love Me Tomorrow by the Shirelles released in 1960 and Stay by Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons in1964 (originally by The Zodiacs in 1960).
A perfect combination of two old classics. Us oldies love them both. Have you heard Austin's Bring Him Home solo that came out the same time as this one? Fantastic!
Maurice Williams and the Zodiacs did "Stay", as I recall, in the late 1950s. The Four Seasons, featuring Frankie Valli, covered it in the early sixties.
Another great rendition by Tim Foust. Love his new cd with all the older doo-wop songs. His voice really suits this genre of music. We know he can really bring the bass but how about his falsetto? I have always loved these 2 songs from 1960 "Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow" by The Shirelles & "Stay" by Maurice Williams & The Zodiacs.
People, falsetto, is when you force your voice through a note you can't carry without straining and pushing into a "false" note for you. Not one note in this song was falsetto for Tim. Why do people automatically assume a guy who sings high is using falsetto? He doesn't, Eddie mercury didn't, Elvis didn't, Pavarotti nor alfie Boe.tim started out as a high tenor when his voice changed at puberty it got real low. He did voice exercised to keep His high range. Sorry, I was in chorus, and I hate the term falsetto being thrown around when someone simply has a wide range.
Tim has an album full of just him. I like in my room he does by the beach boys. I enjoy watching you react . I think you are cute and charming. I'm 74 married and happy. I think there needs to be more kindness in our world.
So we need a bass singer, a baritone, a low tenor, a high tenor and a male soprano. Let's also book a choir. How exceptionally rare to only need one number!
Repeat after me: Foust's range extends from A0-A5. We are so used to hearing the chest/growl part of his range that we are shocked by the head/falsetto part, but Foust was a tenor until he was well into his teens. When his voice dropped, he simply widened his range.
Tim has if I am not mistaken a five-octive range to his voice. Both songs are covers. To hear an original song check out " CHAMPAGNE TASTE ON A BEER BUDGET "
The Shirelles sang this orginal version back in the late 50s. It went to number 1 and was very popular. I remember dancing in the gym in socks (shoes would scratch the floor. That is where the term "sock hop" came from.
Also I know you like the bass sound of a voice, but Home Frees's Austin Brown is the front man for their cover of When a Man Loves a Woman I think you might like it
SO GOOD! Love that Tim's bringing back doo-wop 🥰 (Now we know what a 5-octave range really sounds like❣️) And to think he might have gone into dentistry or teaching and we would've missed out on his musical genius 🤯 This is so unbelievably fabulous! I only wish this video didn't fade out before he hits that final high note! I really want to hear his incredible finale to this gorgeous arrangement! ❣️🎼🥰🎶❤️
For fun, on your own, you should listen to the great original hit "Stay" by The Four Seasons - an amazing sixties group! Tim does a super job of bringing it back in this two-song cover!
I see you are familiar with Tim and Home Free ... have you done other reaction videos to them? Did not see them on your channel? But, they are fantastic! Keep'em coming.
obviously Tim is layering to give an effect, but Tim was a singer for a few decades before joining Home Free, he could very easily become a coach on The Voice
Young lady, that wasn't a video so much as a drool session. LOL, his Texas accent did come out in this one. Your a beautiful young woman, keep up the good work.

Tim sang every part. He has a 5 plus octave range and he is something else
Hahaha! My wife's reaction to this video is a mirror of yours. She expected that voice from the depths of the basement, but when Tim went directly to the attic...my wife's jaw dropped and didn't know what to say.😂😂😂

Everything Tim does is worthy of a reaction.
Agreed! 😂
Yep
Its not a cove of the songs, but just an incredible connection from a single man
Vocal gymnastics 🎶👏👏👏. The voices are ALL TIM

Home free with Tim and they asked Avi as lead a must. Your reaction priceless.
You had imho THE BEST opinion of how to describe Tim's voice/range/abilities...he's simply "Tim mother f***ing Foust."
Haha! Thanks for watching! 😂🫶🏽
That was a mash of two songs "Stay" and Will you still love me" both released in the 1960's. He did both songs justice.
Great reaction...as you said Tim "mother f'n" Foust. I think that sums it up! You're a doll! New sub - can't wait for more! ♥️ 😊
I love it!!!! Lol Sometimes there's just no other way to say it! 😂😘

LOL...this is what I say after each reaction to this song! It's the only explanation...Tim IS the man! 😁
There is a great video of Tim and Austin with a few friends doing “My Maria” that is definitely worth checking out!
loved your reaction.. He is amazing and so are you.!!
Loved your expressions at the change of range for Tim....... So awesome!!

This is from Tom's album "Pieces of Me" which is Doo Wop from the 60s. I have a dream to take it to a roller skating rink to skate by.

Recorded by the Shirelles, written by Gary Goffin, music by Carole King. #1 Billboard hit. 1960.

Tim’s wife Jenika has an amazing voice also. I agree with you tho, I would always be having him sing.
Every sound in this song is Tim
Tim’s singing everything or part and harmonizing perfectly with himself the whole album
