I used to play this on windows 95. As a child, it filled me with a sense of wonder about outer space. The difficulty only made it better. I was never able to complete some of the levels, so those parts of space became terra incognita, charged with mystery.

I remember this game very well, a classic dos game besides Highway Hunter. The music was lovely. Also expert playthrough on that one, cheers!
