Fijne Rijkunst - Fine Art of Riding - for straightness training and Academic Art of Riding.
The purpose is: harmony and lightness between horse and rider. Our goal: a proud horse who is willing and being able to perform what is asked by the rider.
This teamwork between human and horse is achievable for everybody. Regardless of breed, the natural ability and talent of the horse.

If i have a horse, this is how i want to do it, lots of patience, first the horse having his own body under control and knowing all the que's just the classical way is the best way, not training the horse but educating the horse in his own time

I am so so pleased I stumbled on this,I couldn t take my eyes off it! so well thought out and beautiful. Its lovely that you show the progression,you have a lovely connection with him and what you have shown is difficult training done with feeling and love. Inspiration for me as we find this difficult in hand and easier ridden not the normal way around training I know. I hope it ok if I share this. its too good not to.

Hello Jodi, the Dutch version of this video explains a little bit more. With my white horse Grandioso I show the beginning of teaching the half hold and with my brown horse Ciervo I show some basic training work to make the horse more flexible and supple. Kind regards, Natalie
