All around her room so no sound gets out for when she is yelling and screaming at the top of her lungs.

I would assume her streaming regularly for 4 hours wearing a VR headset would be more damaging than having your eyes closed trying to sleep for 4 hours wearing a VR headset

I mean there is the video evidence of a German youtuber who went to an eyedoctor making a self experiment seeing the consequences of vr headsets. It is blue light straight to the very thin eyeskin for about regular sleep 8-10 hours would leave some damaging which is worse than streaming for 4 to 6 hours just healthy concern nothing else.
So does using bright ass electronics at night, but it's not like anyone gives a damn.
