He had swine flu never recovered fully and he also has a condition called laryngeal dystonia its a neurological condition that means his brain doesn't communicate with his vocal cords properly. that's why he strains a lot.

Omg...I love Kevin's and Brian's voices at 3:25 to 3:33 the harmony is so perfect. This song is really touching and to see them performing it so brilliantly makes me cry. Nick has such a wonderful way to sing that is absolutely super unique.Those guys are unbeatable. The only thing I didn't appreciate was this woman at the end ''here they are, the backstreet boys'' the way she said it was like she didn't care about their performance. Anyways good job guys
I agree! I was supposed to see them I Vegas 2021, the concert got canceled. But I did see them in 2019 at Angel of The Winds in Everett WA! I love them! 24 years and going strong for me! 😍🥰🥰

I was always rooting for NSYNC, but now that the boy band era is over, NSYNC is still my favorite, but I'm starting to go back and listen to BSB. I have to admit that they are very good, I love this song and alot of others, and Nick's voice is so sexy.
