- The Grand i10 Nios is squarely positioned against the popular Maruti Suzuki Swift. The Nios gets two engine options in the form of a 1.2-litre diesel and 1.2-litre petrol. It also has two automatic AMT gearboxes along with the manuals. But is it better than the Swift?

New Hyundai i10 grand nios is best in segment because it has more leg room at the rear passenger seat, good looking interior, it as more features than the other cars in this segment, engine is quiet refined and smooth. It has exciting features like wireless charging first in the segment, rear AC vents and many more. It is also the best city car and stable in highways. Value for money package.

I have been following your channel. lately I see you missing some key points like
1. 3 passenger seating in the rear seat
2. Hump for centre passenger on the rear seat.
3. Also mentioning safety features of this car could have been an add on point.
You used to mention them in previous videos, they are informative and facilitate decision making.

Hi Ashish, I'm confused between Polo TSI 2020 and i10 nios. Most of my driving is in the city may be 70% and rest 30 on highways. Build quality, mileage and performance are the points am considering and hence discarded the Maruti Baleno and Swift. Keen to know your recommendation. Thanks.

Really confused between amt and manual. Will be using it for 70%city drive (bangalore) and 30% highway drive. Its my first car.
I'm going for Grand i10 NIOS Sportz AMT petrol, Delhi NCR traffic is crazy and had enough of clutch/break driving for the past 10 years.🙂
If you are a driving enthusiast then manual and if you want to drive comfortably without the hassel of clutch/break (also no knee & foot pain) then AMT🙏
Similar usage for me, have booked a Petrol Sportz AMT in Bangalore. Manual is surely peppy to drive but over an ownership period of 4-5 years it's comfort that will matter more specially when the usage will be more in city. And its nòt that AMTs are very sluggish and have no power on highways. Hyundai AMTs work better and are way smoother than a swift or a tiago. Moreover, for the occasional fun driving or quick overtaking you always have the option to switch to manual.
Sportz amt is very good
Sir should i choose Tata tiago Petrol XZ or Nios Petrol Magna.

@@anujbhardwaj3648 all cars give similar mileage...except a maruti swift...which gives 15-16 with AC...grand also gives 12-13 max with ac in city

By the way, I want to say after seeing your multiple reviews that the parameters checklist for your reviews change very much. For eg - in this review you didn't comment on build quality, AC, and a few others. Similarly some other reviews include abc points but not xyz. This can sometime give msg that you intentionally didn't discuss that point for obvious reasons. But hey, that might actually not be the case. So, just a friend's suggestion to develop a checklist for any car's review and spice up with your signature saasu maa style.

Figo is a good package go for it - Nios feels more upmarket and premium though

Seat thoda kam comfortable hai.. Apki sasu ma ko thoda dikkat ho sakti hai.. Baaki jo overall mai kahane ki koshish kar raha hoon wo ye hai ki baaki sab kuch thik hai is gaadi me.. 😎😎

What ever car you Buy but take a proper test drive of tiago also. For me it's a great all-rounder package and most vfm car.

@@fireproof_DS don't think, just drive tiago on highways and you will find the answer. Three years ago I have to pay two lakh rs more for same features swift petrol and I went with tiago. Today I proud of my decision not to buy swift. You have to use both cars for some time then only you can find that both maruti and Hyundai selling their brand name only. Tiago miles ahead in value for money aspect.
