That was a trip getting out of the car park to the main road exit, geez. Tudor, you mentioned towards the end of the drive that the marina was filled in. Would that be the one adjacent to the now gone De Bradleigh Wharf? Agree with your comment about errant drivers, there is many out on the road, it is better to remain calm and be stress free and enjoy your drive, sometimes difficult 🤔
As I turned right towards the marina, and then looked to my right, what was once an area filled with moored boats, was being reclaimed. More developments on the horizon I guess.
That A20 Dover bound can be a nightmare, you were there on a good day. I agree with your comment about the speed restrictions, I was there a few weeks ago (Folkestone bound) and saw the restrictions in operation(Dover bound). Went home via Canterbury to avoid the lines of parked HGV's in lane 1. This road goes up to 500 feet above sea level, at the higher elavation fog (low cloud) can be a problem hence the warnings ... in the past there have been fatal accidents. PS if you had shown the route home I could have popped round for afternoon tea!! (only joking of course!!)
Yeah that stretch o f the A20 can be hit and miss if you're hoping for a clear run. It definitely pays to do a quick traffic check before hitting that road.
Hello. Enjoyed watching the video from Folkstone to Dover. Would you do a video driving from faversham to Canterbury please. I prefere B roads rather than Dual carriageway. Thank you
My partner is teaching me to drive. We go out most weekends driving all around Kent and East Sussex and fortunately I’ve not killed us all yet!
Excellent news. Keep going 👍
Thanks
Thank you so much 🙏

It sounds like a noisy clutch release bearing to me.
Ah that sounds likely- thanks.

At 13:44 they are filling in the marina to allow more vehicle space to handle the increased EU checking process. (Entry/Exit System (EES) checks).
Ah thanks for the update 👍

I’m pretty sure I’ve done such a drive already - taking the road through Boughton Under Blean. Although there are many B roads aren’t there?
Oh no you have just got rid of the squeak and now your clutch!
Crazy eh? I’ll probably run it until it breaks 😀
