Everybody appreciated the positives even I agree with that. But still there are some flaws in design. 1.There is no door for shower area, dry area in bathroom will be wet. 2. In balcony you will feel hot air when AC outdoor unit is running( No way to relax in breezy air). 3. Kitchen has very small window, that even opens to utility area, so no way of open air ventilation in kitchen, which is too risk and kitchen must be ventilated property. 4.Wardrobe door comes with glasses is not my personal choice as it doesn't fit for long span and frequent usage.
Pros: Loved the balcony concept in all the 3 rooms. Carpet Area is huge First impression amazing Cons: sorry to say it looks more of a hotel types.. Kitchen is too small for this big house. No Extra space for kids room... Where will the kids study Study area missing Bathrooms although 4 but small... they look more like a hotel baths... Where laundry is done by hotels.. we Indians use buckets in bathroom... Where will they keep extra toiletries no cabinet space No Window in Kitchen... It's compact Indian point of view is missing... Otherwise it's Good
