This is the best format. 3 lads vs 1 better guy. Keeps the tension since 1 off the 3 will be atleast half decent. Could combine it with people whose shot is not being taken have to drink or the person whose shot is being taken gets to choose who does a shot of alcohol. And the losing team have to drink a pint.
