    Long story short:
    For Yankee fans, and the Yankee organization, Aaron Judge hitting #62 was the greatest thing that they had ever seen.

      I was 7yrs old when Maris did 61. Knew it was important because of all of my uncles& older cuisines made a big deal about it. Some hated Maris because of Ruth& some loved Maris because of the record. I'm so glad I've been able to appreciate this achievement & this class act ...ALSO. I'm glad baseball & there fans didn't do what they did to Maris! To Judge. We are so lucky as Yankees fans to have this gift . HE DID IT CLEAN!!!     Im so happy for Judge hitting 62 HRs, it's a celebration and good for Baseball ⚾️ and after tonights game the Yankees win lose record is 99 and 62, is that a coincidence.

Therefore, win or lose, that makes it really meaningful to me.

    It obviously bothered him since he thought he was disappointing his teammates. Aaron Judge, you NEVER disappointed anyone. Be yourself, play the game, do the best you can do, and have a good time doing it. Glad he was able to do it, but none of us would of thought any less of him if he did not. He has carried this offense through most of the season. I really hope the Yankees sign him in the offseason. Great humble teammate.

    I was recently at the Yankees vs the O’s game on Friday where we lost 2-1. Just being a fan and experiencing firsthand and live- the enormous amount of pressure Judge had to endure to get his 62nd homerun was EXTREMELY intense. Glad he was able to pull through it was only a matter of time

    What a classy guy! Definitely the best Yankee ever. And I grew up watching guys like Donnie Baseball and The Captain.. but the way he handles the spotlight and media with grace is awesome. Plus he stays humble and gives credit to everyone else but himself. He’s a true Yankee. Let’s hope they can get a deal done so he can retire in a Yankee uniform

    Good luck to the Yankees in those negotiations. Talk about not having a leg to stand on. What can they say to counter his asking price? He did it all this season not just hit bombs he literally did it all. He is the very thing the MVP Award was made for. All I can say is imagine the stress of wearing a Yankee uniform and making a run at a historic MLB record which is owned by another Yankee great. He carried that team quite often and raked all year without hardly slumping.

    I saw Mantle set a record and then Maris set a record. Now I saw Judge set top the record. As a lifelong Yankee fan my life is complete. I actually saw Mantle and Maris play against the Washington Senators as a kid. My first Profession baseball game. Congratulations Aaron. You are the "Man".

    The biggest question to watch is whether Aaron Judge can win MVP not only this year, but next year as well. Aaron Judge's potential is underrated. He must hit 100 home runs next year. He has that much potential.

      As much as i love judge, it's going to be a tough decision by the officials, especially if Ohtani puts out a good game on game 162 to make him officially qualify as both a pitcher nd a hitter.
