- Finally I can play The Crew 2 with max graphics after getting a new gaming PC. I am using Thrustmaster T300RS steering wheel in this gameplay. It is my first time ever playing The Crew 2 because my old PC could not even run this game on smooth FPS. We will be doing a collab in The Crew 2 very soon as well.

@@Goosiest The Crew Motorfest will be out in like August or November, will you try that too? It's pretty much Forza 6 (yes the graphics are gonna be over forza 5...at least that's what we all expect...) but with planes, boats, bikes, ATVs and helicopters too

There's a force feedback option in the settings but even turning it to max doesn't make a difference unless you can increase the feedback on your wheel itself

I use logitech G29, and even if I increase the intensity of force feedback, the game only send meaningful force feedback, which is centering force of wheel, over approximately 120km/h. Below that speed, it's like there is no force feedback at all, as if it's broken. Therefore, The Crew 2 is not the game for wheel users. At least steering wheels need enough centering force in order to get enough stability..

Something that that helped me a lot is plugging into USB 2.0 instead of 3.0 ports for my wheel. I have the same setup as you and there was almost no ffb on my wheel until I switched ports and it added waaay more.

Probably the funniest video on this game I've seen in years. I've been playing for nearly 3 years and this is easily one of the best videos I've watched on it. Btw, the police missions are very fun and you get a lot of money and fame with minimum time spent. Sure I've been doing them for ages but once the basics of the game itself and the mission style are learned it's easily one of the most fun things to do

I've been playing crew 2 with my old logitech momo. And the force feedback is working really well.
FFB are weaker on free roam, but its stronger on race events.
Try to adjust the FFB gain in wheel setting in game

There are a few good touge-like areas in the map with u-turns for drifts. I've done it a few times in my channel so if you wanna find it, it's found at top-right of the map. Also, i'm sure ubisoft forgot about you direct-drive wheel enthusiasts which is why they just gave up on giving you ffb, whilst wheels like g920/g29/g923 are accepted fantastically.

The boats don't have any gears but they have tilt mechanic basically you need to tilt your boat's nose up to be able to reach greater speeds. Great video i bought this game for a fraction of what forza costs it turned out to have quite active pc playerbase. It's not a perfect and you need a good pc to run it (im on AMD cpu and had to do ryzen master per-core optimisation to remove stuttering) and configuring controls could be better but it's still a solid game.
Quick tip from a crew 2 fan: do burnouts and jumps to earn more xp and money. If i remember corectly, a skate park for cars was in the middle of the desert. Here you could level up preety fast.
If im correct you have to go to control settings and there should be a option to tweak the force feedback
To Pitch up and down in a plan u need to use the arrows on the wheel, to increase ffb u need to go in wheel settings, it is somwhere near linearity and stuff

Make this a series. I'm pretty sure you will enjoy the drift discipline in the game, please make this a series, watching car x and assetto corsa is great but it can get boring over time, now that the next crew game is announced, play this until that is released please.

@goosiest I remember I asked you to make videos on crew 2, you finally did and it’s very enjoying to watch, I have a thrustmaster t80 with a thrustmaster t3pa pedals and Logitech shifter.
I do not know why, but when you release videos in which you get acquainted with new games, it looks very funny, I seriously cried with laughter when you controlled the plane with the steering wheel

I have T150 before on PC and it has FFB. Now Im using G29 and it also has FFB. But if playing in the crew, I use 20 to 30% FFB only as it is a bit weird driving with full FFB on The Crew 2.

I played The Crew 1 and The Crew 2 literally soo much to the point The Crew 1 is my favorite racing game to drift in. It has way different physics, but you said "We will have an expert that will teach you to drift" and honestly, maybe I'm not the best call, but I'd absolutely love to help out! (No - I do not have drift videos on my channel, I know. Guess all I can say is trust?)

There is in fact no force feedback in the crew 2, except for the wheel turning slightly heavier

you need to go to settings then to controll and somewere there is a wheel suport section btw setings open with esc and the on the white line up in the screen go fully to the right so you come to the tooth wheel

I love this hairstyle on this looking man. graphics seem pretty decent. but it seems that this particular game is more sci-fi fantasy and not realistic :D which depends what video game experience you are trying to have for yourself.
-i think motorsport is the most realistic to real life car driving experience compared to like gta or this game crew 2

Definitely bring in Crew 2 content. I have it, i played it, i enjoy a bit of drifting, not a pro by any means. Rather learn to drift in CarX but i'm terrible.

Lol goosiest, go to the wheel settings in the menu and you can adjust the feedback & once you hit icon level you can tune the cars.

When you go to wheel options on the crew 2 in settings, it says force feedback and on default its on 50 percent so u can set it to full or max
