@@OCZSAVAGE i thought so too, same effect as for Ramaladni. Then wouldn't that be a waste of aspect/weapon slot since your main damage are the Dust Devils not the Whirlwind and the damage difference between the two is a lot.
Shako is a Uber unique that gives you plus 4 to all skills plus 20% damage reduction which is pretty big end game my bad luck has kept me from getting my own shako for a long time lol

I’m up to 44 now it’s just the survivability without the shako that’s kinda tough but you can still do them

@@Tahnce Thats not shako, that is Harlequin crest. Using the D2 reference is just silly now imo.
Anything over 9230 Armor is a waste bud. Thats the max armor needed for lvl 200 monsters and content.
